this is what i wore LAST weekend to the market.
never again! ok... i won't say never, but i realize the danger.
in the meantime, i have to give up carbs. or lessen them.
between my son's birthday week (birthday and party!) and our anniversary show i am all sugared/carbed out. it's gotta be done.
ww was going ok. but i am definitely feeling set back tonight. ugh.
i KNOW i am not alone in my struggle and it feels good to share! how do you get back on track?
