no no no! i did not have the mcdonald’s rollo mcflurry this weekend!!! but i did taste it right before my kids went to camp. and i won’t be tasting it again…because…YIKES! it is TOO GOOD. (i do not take my kids to mcdonald’s or burger king or any of the fast food places often. almost never… but we HAD to try this!)
this weekend i saw my kids at camp…and stayed with friends…and ate too much (common/repetitive topic this food/eating stuff for people who struggle with weight issues!) so tomorrow is a lot of exercise. cardio and weights!
and tomorrow morning i will be making (yet another!) treadmill video.
