In this exclusive interview on “Just Jenny”, Lance talked about his disappointment in Justin Timberlake’s not showing up at his wedding, the odds of an Nsync reunion and his feelings about Bruce Jenner.
Interview in part:
On Justin Timberlake:
Lance: I know, I know. I didn’t think he’d be on tour like five years!
Jenny: Some of the media tried to make it like he was dissing you.
So how do you feel about it.
Lance: Oh, of course, of course. He SO dissed us. How dare he not cancel his last date on tour for us! (laughs) uh, no.
Jenny: But were you upset?
Lance: Of course I was upset. You know I’ve always dreamt of my four brothers from Nsync being at my wedding to see me marry the person that I love but unfortunately it just did not work out… by one day…it did not work out. But you know, I had three of the other guys there. And that was nice. And he sent lovely messages the day of the wedding.
Jenny: I’m sure it wasn’t a personal affront.
Lance: Oh no not at all.
Jenny: Or was it?!
Lance: Or was it. Hmmm.
Jenny: Would you ever do an Nsync reunion without Justin?
Lance: Umm, I mean, that would be weird for sure. It would feel empty being on stage without Justin. I don’t know what will happen in the future. But if the other guys were like “Hey we wanna do a song..” and Justin was like “Yeah guys do it, have fun with it” with his blessing… Yeah, that would be fun just because I love performing. I love performing with those guys. SO yeah I would completely do it with his blessings and if the guys wanna do it but I don’t see the other guys wanting to do that without Justin.
On Bruce Jenner:
Lance: I personally hope that the story is true because I think this will really start an amazing conversation that you know we started the conversation a few years ago especially with Laverne Cox with the transgender community and I think this is really something that wow people are going to look at and be like “oh my gosh gold medal olympiam Bruce Jenner is transgender?!” I mean that would really help a lot of transgender people out there feel better about themselves and start the conversation for rest of everyone who just has no clue what that even means.
