monday! why not start dieting yet again. the scale reads 3lbs higher than i like.. and i know that is NOT 67lbs higher but still... i like to be closer to 70lbs lighter than i once was... so i was trying to eat just 1000 calories today but instead.. closer to 1100.. no big deal! breakfast: 160 calorie pure protein shake and coffee- black with sugar (maybe 60 0r 70 calories) lunch: 160 calorie pure protein shake dinner: salad with black beans, guacamole, salsa, corn, lettuce, hot sauce. NO DRESSING: 450 ish snack: pineapple, banana and 1tbs almond butter exercise: 40 minutes on treadmill this am.
