ok. so the scale still doesnt want to move. ill keep going like i always do and eventually ill lose the 3 annoyingly stubborn pounds. i think my stress level is NOT helping! i did exercise today of course. the usual: an hour on the treadmill in my target heart range. i need to add weights. havent had enough time… will make the time!
breakfast: coffee with sugar, 2 spoonfulls unsweetened water oatmeal, half a cup egg beaters with 1 laughing cow light cheese wedge
lunch: raw shredded cabbage salad with egg beaters (half a cup cooked duh) and vinegary dressing, 2 cups strawberries sprinkled some sugar on them (yes, lose the sugar, i know- thanks obvious!)
snack: some grapes- probably a cup when all was said and done
dinner: a skinny cow cone and 2 sugar wafers.
total around 1000 calories.
