had to go out to dinner last night which is NOT my idea of a good time. exercised 50 minutes and walked some extra throughout the day (no taxis to out of the office meetings)!
breakfast: egg beaters and 2 laughing cow light cheese, coffee with sugar .
lunch: dry roasted edemame
snack: in the shape of a sushi roll but no rice nor fish: lettuce, cabbage, total 1tbs avocado or less, wrapped in a thin bit of rice paper, an apple, one tbs almond butter
snack: a few cinnamon gummy bears
dinner: cheese off some pizza, arugula salad- dipped fork in balsamic dressing but thats it, shaved parmigian, 3 strawberryies and one tbs whipped cream. 2 sauteed mushroom bits.
would not get on scale this morning because it would be mean- dinner was 9 at night. LATE for me.
