ugh. i know you will say my eating close to 1200 calories is no big deal but i won't lose the 3 extra pounds i want to lose unless i get closer to 1000 for several days. GRRRR. i did ultimately 45 minutes of treadmill but it was split in the morning and the afternoon (will be same thing tomorrow!) breakfast: medium sized apple, black coffee with sugar, half a cup egg beaters, 2 laughing cow light cheese lunch: a few bites of a salad that had chickpeas and lettuce. a tbs (maybe) of ginger dressing, one serving of rolos unsweetened iced tea. dinner: 3/4 of turkey sandwich on whole wheat with some avocado and mustard. one slice of personal size matzoh thin crust pizza snack: 1 cup pineapple at 1am when i woke up for no valid reason!
