i love how angry some people get with me for talking about my food/diet/weightloss. i feel like it helps me AND it helps others to know after seeing what i eat that they are NOT freaks..(certainly not compared to me!). and if you don’t like it/me… then don’t read my blog nor listen to me….
so not a banner day. but that’s ok. mark my words… i will have my period in 14 days. maybe 13… i ovulated today or yesterday and i know this bc my eating is so carb/out of control.
my baby is home! one more tomorrow. ahhhhh.. cannot wait.
today was a healthy day. maybe more calories than i’d like to eat but all around ok. too much dessert at dinner. sometimes being social involves food. i need to deal with that!
ate too much today! did spend an hour on the treadmill…
it was a rough 4 days because my husband wasnt home- he was with my son at camp! my kids come home soon and i cannot wait!!! here’s my food and exercise
up super early. on the treadmill super early. not much food early in the day. some days are just like that. tired tonight. so maybe sleep will come easy!! a girl can hope.

today i didn’t have any actual meals…some days are like that. BUT i did not eat candy. A LOT of fruit…but better choices all around. so basically here’s what i ate and approximate calories based on amounts..
didnt have time to exercise today so naturally my calories are NOT high… first day off from working out in a while! eating a little healthier…which is good!
back from canyon ranch. had the best time. food blog starts again tomorrow. goodnight! xo
having so much fun at canyon ranch with my friends…and who knows what i am eating exactly because i am not paying attention/dwelling on it… which is a nice change. all healthy fare. and calories are, im sure, ok!
can’t think straight enough to recall my whole intake today so i am taking the day off!! but i will be back to food diary tomorrow. and yes, i did workout today and probably ate 1200 calories… that’s my guess.
