Tofu on crusty artisinal bread — blech! There is no way that tasted good. Just thinking about the juxtaposition of those two flavors — freshly baked bread and carboard tofu — makes me want to vomit. How about a nice gruyere or boursin smeared on top? Or a little jam? Yum!

I think it looks yummy, but wondering what kind of sauce is on the tofu. And, what kind of tofu is it…hard, soft?
