my mom is still in recovery but doing well… on my way back to hospital in a few minutes. and yes, the show will be live today. my mom appreciates all of your thoughts very much. i’ve told her about every comment and every kind word. thank you again. i’ll do my best to explain the surgery on the show today.

Jennifer, I’m glad your mother is doing well. I’ve been in those waiting rooms waiting for my parents to go through surgery and it’s not easy on the loved ones. Please let your mom know that she is in our thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Your mom looks beautiful! I’m so glad everything went well. You seem like you have such a great family.
Hope your mom isn’t in too much pain today, glad the surgery went well. I have my spine fused from L3 to S1 with metal and bone graft. It took 4 surgeries to finally work, but now my back feels great! Hope your mom only has to have the one!

My husband had the same surgery in March of this year, and I just want to reassure you that Bunny will be okay. I was petrified for him – even though I’m a nurse – but he left the hospital after 5 days and recovered nicely at home.
P.S. I adore the photos of you as a little girl.
