good morning everyone!
i am totally manic about doing laundry and cleaning up/out my house in general… and we talked about my laundry room on friday and my fantasy of turning it completely pink….well here it is, and not at all pink (yet)!

my not yet green detergents etc. i don’t know if i can give up downy… a bit addicted to it.

i cleaned out all my linen closets and found pretty things to put on my bed… it is now fun to make my bed!
and i even found some time to bake alexis’ chocolate chip cookies yesterday. my kids’ playdates were very happy.
and leftover from last week, here is janeane garofalo. she was super.
gosh i hope to hear from rosie this week… the waiting sucks!

You have such a nice clean laundry room–I like the white cabinets and floors. It is a very beautiful room. You are very ambitious cleaning out the linen closet. It makes me want to clean today.
I like to see pictures of your house–it is interesting and fun.
I was looking closer at the cover to your bed, and it looks a lot like a knitted bed cover that my mother-in-law knitted for me. It is also white. Is yours a knitted cover?

Missy, if you’d listened to the show you’d know that Jennifer has been doing her own cleaning as of late.
Sure she has.
One thing to remember about having a cleaning lady, is how often she comes. Mine came once a week until she recently retired. After the cleaning lady leaves, all bets are off. It takes one good evening for the kitchen to go to crap…
So true, the dishes are NEVER done!
I don’t think I could give up my downy either, and I do like tide. But I was at TARGET and bought 7th generation bathroom cleaner and dishwasher detergent. Thanks to Alexis, I think I will be continuing with the 7th Gen Dishwasher detergent because it works great, I have not noticed the film I got from the others with this one. Thanks Alexis 🙂
Wow, your laundry room looks beautiful. Love the cabinets. Great idea it keeps your stuff dust free. I hope to someday have a nice looking laundry room. Our washer & dryer are down our basement so it is real drab down there for now. Someday it will be done.

Nice laundry room! Great idea to have two of each to avoid doing laundry all day long. Our laundry’s on the second floor, so no more shlepping dirty clothes up and down. It makes a big difference. I use Method products – they do a good job, are environmentally friendly, and they smell great.
Hi jennifer, the women who came for the play date sound like she was trying to empress you. people who wear big jewerly like that are such snobs. you are more down to earth than that. just have keith get you a bigger ring for your tenth wedding anv. then show this lady your big ring. I love diamonds anyway.my 16th is this april. I am hopeing for the same thing.

I love looking at your house and stuff. It’s fun being housewifey sometimes…I even stayed home from work yesterday to do things around the house. Can’t hang with it every day and love my job, but fun to do domestic stuff too. YOu and ALexis have helped me appreciate that.
If you are such a neat freak why do you have your laundry detergent out all over the place, enough already with the rosie thing. Nobody cares about her except you, she’s so miserable
