hi everyone!
today was "take your kids to work day" but i made my kids go to school.
of course i felt guilty that i didn’t bring them to work (they have been there already- my kids saw sirius during one of their school breaks). anyway….
i made the right decision to send them to school because both kids had a great day.
my son answered a question in school that got his whole class to NOT have math homework… and my daughter was told that she is an "inspiration" by a fantastic children’s book author.
i don’t mean to brag…ok i do. i’m really proud of my kids.
so my guilt was unnecessary….this time.

ps… all you people complaining about the video blog- i am learning as i do…figuring out what you’d like to see. also, i don’t know how to edit yet… geez.
but i think it’s fun so i’ll keep doing them and if you don’t want to watch then don’t.

My daughter insisted on going with her dad to work (at a college here) instead of staying home with me and figuring out how the hell we are going to make more money with my direct mail company! She could’ve taken anti anxiety meds and panicked when the bills came in, figured out how to cut a paycheck for the end of the month – with limited funds! Lessons that will last a lifetime! But nooooo she made copies and took pictures with dad! Haha! I think a cool video blog would be to talk about whatever it was you wanted to write! Like you could’ve done one for what you just wrote here! They don’t have to be mini movies, just what you would normally talk about! You’re doing great! Can’t wait to see more! Love ya!

I am listening to the replay of the show now..12:35am..and you asked for suggestions to change your video blog? I think they are real and fun, and i love that you are in your pj’s!!! I also love to hear Keithy’s funny comments and your daughters voice in the background. My only complaint would be that they are too short. I love you guys, I am a 36 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys, and you two are a major highlight of my day. You make me smile daily and I thank you for that. Keep up the good work! Whatever ROCKS!!!

Great news about your kids~ I am a teacher and I know how important it is that kids love and do well in school.
Love the videos! They are cute. Today I spit out my diet coke in my car when Alexis said the tongue in the butt thing. I almost peed my pants (sorry, but I hadn’t laughed so hard in a long time) She is hilarious and your responses to her are equally funny. Thanks Jennifer for making me laugh.

I felt guilt too…but the yucky boys who are picking on one of my eight year old twin girls were gone and she had a GREAT day….my kids have been to work w/ my husband a million times…and they don’t need to stay home w/ me….and they didn’t have math homework either….happy day!!!
