i bet you all had a busy weekend too…
we spent a lot of time outside this weekend and my allergies are insane!
plus, i wasn’t zone perfect this weekend- too many bbqs and meals out. i did ok. didn’t go crazy but had a few frenchfries and i’m pissed at myself. i think the worst part of dieting for me is the whole "if i’m not perfect then i’m a loser" mentality. so back to normal today…this is why i feel better eating just what i am given!
last night i had one of those weird dreams where i dreamed i didn’t show up for work but couldnt remember where i had been instead of work. it was really bizarre and upsetting and i woke up disoriented (and, of course, relieved it was a dream).

I feel the same way about my eating.
Well you know what my father says, “Everything in moderation….including moderation. Sometimes you just have to eat ice-cream for breakfast!”
I woke up early today and hauled ass to my endocrinologist appointment (two towns away), only to find out it was scheduled for tomarrow! Kinda like your weird dream, but it was REAL… ha,ha.
Your videos are hysterical!!!!! I think that the both of you should do more of these videos in different situations. They are excellent marketing tools!!! Alexis you are a fuck king hoot!!! Your dry wicked sense of humor is just the kind I love. P.S. Jennifer – nice driving- keep your day job – you would be somewhat comprised if you had to be a driver for a living. By the way – I feel bad that Rosie left the “Vagina View” but good for her!!! She didn’t need to give up her worth by sitting accross from that imbecile Elizabeth everyday just to hear her stupid BS!!! I respect her more for getting out prior to the end of her contract – she doesn’t need Lizzy’s loose Bush lips!!!! 3 more weeks with that little brat would make the Buddha hang himself. Grateful for you and Alexis having such a real life show.

You’ve made so much progress already, so don’t let a little slip get you down. It’s better to indulge in moderation on occassion than to completely deprive yourself and end up on a full blown binge. Keep up the good work and definitely keep us posted on your progress. You are an inspiration!!
I sware the more you ignore it the more you will lose. The more you stress on it the more you will gain or stay the same . Just a thought!
