hi everyone!
tomorrow, tuesday june 12th is my 10th wedding anniversary…so of course, in typical keithy fashion, there was a discussion not of our anniversary but of FATHER’S DAY!
keithy informed me that there’s top rated cool stuff i could get him (our kids could get him) like the new blackberry curve (which he then said he didn’t actually want) a new ipod would be nice (“but i like my mini fine i just don’t think it works…”)…he added “so many things you could get me…”
i’m leaning toward getting him _____ (obviously in case he reads the blog i’m not going to say what i’ll be getting him but decoy with the best dart board) all jokes aside, i am open to suggestions from all of you!
PLUS….i need to come up with a fabulous gift for my dad- who happens to have everything he needs/wants already.
so..HELP!!!! please.

Happy 10th Anniversary!! I’m sure you’ll come up with something wonderful for Keithy! It’s so hard to get gifts for guys who have everything. I usually get my dh something golf-related, or some unique gadget. Boys love their toys, no matter how old they are!

for keithy do something romantic..like a nice candle lit dinnner and when he asked for desert pull ya top off and tell here her it is…he should enjoy that…well if ya dad has everythign why notmake him something.like his favorit cake or cookies . u get the idear! have fun LOVE THE SHOW
Jenn- I just had some professional photos taken and framed of our children for my husbands office for him for fathers day. That would work for Kieth and your dad…………Also if they are golfers you could set up a lesson/tee time and lunch for both of them.

10 years is amazing! I’m on 7 and so happy. It can seem so short, but so long at the same time. I think you should get Keithy a really nice massage package. Let him get pampered. Then he’ll be ready for you and you don’t have to do any work. After all, it is your day too!
Get your dad an exotic cigar. Something super special, maybe even illegal.
jenn – i just got a blackberry 8800 which replaced my 8700c. i did look at the blackberry curve but it seemed to be pitched as a cheap low-end phone. it just didn’t seem to be solidly constructed. go with the 8800… seems to be the best right now.
Have your kids draw something and you can have it animated at littledirector.com It would make an adorable gift for Keithy or your dad, and your kids will like being part of the process. You could add something else to this if you wanted, but it is more memorable than electronics : )
You are just the sweetest Jennifer! My husband’s Father’s day gift was given to him almost 3 years ago and that is our daughter! I feel like hey I gave birth to another human being…need I say more? What he needs to do is figure out what he is going to get me for my birthday which happens to fall on Father’s Day.
I am sure you will pick the best gift for both Keithy and your dad!

I just replaced my 8700c with the Blackberry Curve and I love the thing. It takes the BEST photos with its little 2megapixel camera. The color is as good as my Canon digital camera. Love it. And it’s so lightweight and smaller than the 8700c.

My Dad (who also has everything and can buy whatever he really wants) is getting the gifts that makes him happy a family outing! I’ve purchased tickets to the Washington Nationals baseball game that all of his children will attend with him. And I’ve also purchased a golf outing for the 4 of us as well. He will be so happy to send 2 days with his kids – doing what he loves best!
