Thank You SOOO much! I have long hair and I go to the salon for a “blow out and curl” about 2-3 times per month. Each time it costs me about $45. Sometimes I HATE the way the curls look–and I have tried a ZILLION times to watch my stylist and repeat the steps at home–but I NEVER get the results I want! Well, I just watched the video and immediately heated up my 2 inch curling iron. SUCCESS!! I have 4 BEAUTIFUL curls! Can’t wait to have sexy, wavy (and cost-free) hair Friday night!!!! LOVE YOU, JENNIFER!!! Keep up the good work.
P.S. Stop being so hard on yourself–so what if you need to lose a few pounds? Quit hiding in your videos. Feel good about who you are–you are beautiful and smart. No need to hide or speak poorly of your own body.

OK, I totally disagree with one of your instructions. I curl my hair just about every time I go out and I always do some curls with the iron facing forward and some with it facing backwards. It’s so easy to switch it up and you get a more natural curl look. All curls going in the same direction just isn’t as interesting. Try it!!!
You look so much slimmer and younger than before. Not to say that you don’t look younger anyways/usually but you do look different. You could never pay me to go to a boot camp though… I have issues authority figures. I’d probably end up fighting with my coach and/or I’d make him hate his life and quit… Nice lesson from Stacy. two things…
1. i don’t use velcro rollers because they don’t actually make a wave…for me. and they take longer to work…i used to use them for smoothing the hair to make it straighter (i have naturally wavy hair).
2. sometimes i curl forward and backward but i like it better having the curls going back.

I forgot to ask- Do you brush your hair afterward? And what about later in the day, when the wind as hit it as well as the way to strong A/C in my car? Can I brush it then?? Sorry for all the questions, but I had a hippy mother and three brothers and friends with short hair! Help me please. 🙂

i do not brush it afterward usually unless it was blown straight before i curled it… i use my hands though.
if your hair is not typical frizzy (like mine is if it is not blown prior which it is NOT when i curl it myself) then you can brush it anytime and a nice wave will form.
good luck! and ask as many questions as you need. you can listen to the show in the internet!!!!!

It really does my heart good to see two sisters who are close, me and my sister are also very close and I have a best friend who has no relationship with her sister at all. I cant even imagine having a sister and not talking to her at all, me and Sis talk every single day at least once most of the time we talk three or four times on the phone,anyway, husbannds and boyfriends come and go but sisters are sisters for life, be Thankful everyday for having her, and by the way you have beautiful hair!! My hair is long also and when Sis is here she loves to play with it and curl it and stuff we have real good girl times together. Love your vblogs keep it up.

And don’t worry about me driving….I’m on the road by 5:15am and have an hour drive. Look at all the time I save just by brushing my hair. Once in a while I get it blown out but I never know when I’m in the mood. Here at the rotten salons so they are called in eastern CT you have to make an appt. a t least a week in advance. Your lucky Jennifer you have a sister to help you out. My mom does my hair sometimes but know that she’s been not feeling very well I hate to ask her. Love this blog by the way and so does my mom.
