Ron…lighten up dude…there are tons of other Sirius chanels…and the gurls came in loud and clear on mine, Alexis sounded like she had a cold, but other than that,loud and clear! Have fun in Vegas!

You gotta fix the audio. Was extremely annoying (and intolerable as Alexis would say). It’s fine you’re out there, but makes no sense when we can’t hear and are distracted by the poor quality. PLease fix it.
I was listening to the rebroadcast tonight and you were talking about Xanax. I’m really glad you are looking into taking care of your anxiety but, as one who also suffers from it, I have to tell you that you shouldn’t be taking Xanax so regularly. Xanax, according to my doctor, is something you take to get you over the humps until another non-habit-forming drug like Celexa kicks in. I was really concerned about the habit-forming and sleep-inducing aspect of Xanax, but it was a lifesaver until the Celexs started working (also, by the way, when my own mother was dying).
Please look into something nonhabit-forming to take every day. Consider it a vitamin. Anxiety is a real issue for some people and for me, it’s no different than managing a syndrome.
The broadcast quality was embarrassing. How could you drop a call from the woman whose name is on the channel? Paulie’s attitude regarding the broadcast issues was very unprofessional, and it probably would have been his last day if he had been working for more demanding hosts. The two of you deserve more competent engineering.
The audio of yesterdays show was bad..total static. The phone calls had so much echo, they were not understandable. This is not a criticism of the girls, just some feedback to the teckkies.
I was in Las Vegas during 911. Scarry! I was there for work. My boss at that time was an ASS. I thought he would make me fly home. When the second plane hit the second tower (we were at the Venitian)I reached over, grabbed the phone and called Hertz, the lady there told me that I got the last car out of Vegas! My Coworker and I drove home to Mpls. like bats outta hell.
Jen in PA is totally correct re: xanex. It is not a once a day thing. Look into an SSRI which regulates the seratonin (sp) in your brain. This will stop all anxiety. It’s a brain chemical imbalance and all the yoga, and foods, and teas, and herbs, and shrinks, and breathing won’t work because non of those regulate brain chemicals. It works, it’s better than living with panic and anxiety which is no way to go thru life! Good luck!
Jennifer– Try an over the counter.. Like Tylenol Suddenly Sleep.. I pop one every night and it helps me sleep…

I loved the live show. But dropping Martha and never attempting to reconnect her was rather bad form. I wish we could have all watched live video feeds of the girls doing the show.
Xanax is a bandaid to get you through a crisis, not a permanent solution. So take the damn Xanax to get you thru your crisis. When you are coping better, you and a psychiatrist (not the dermatologist or family doctor or whomever) should work together to decide whether long-term medication is appropriate or necessary.
