this is what i wore LAST weekend to the market.
never again! ok… i won’t say never, but i realize the danger.
in the meantime, i have to give up carbs. or lessen them.
between my son’s birthday week (birthday and party!) and our anniversary show i am all sugared/carbed out. it’s gotta be done.
ww was going ok. but i am definitely feeling set back tonight. ugh.
i KNOW i am not alone in my struggle and it feels good to share! how do you get back on track?

I was just talking to me cousin, a WW devotee & LT member. I have been a member before, haven’t we all, but I need that push to get me to go back. I know I need that support to convince me that I can do it! Keep up the good fight, and posting your accomplishments and challenges…you are not alone!

I was going to tell you that Alexis is making fun of you, but you alredy know it. You can do it, you can start by getting rid of those ugly shoes. You will lose at least 3 lbs. Good luck your show was great on Friday.

Went to WW to lose weight for my son’s wedding (10-04-08….have not been back since…will go this Saturday – I promise! It’s just so damn hard to HAVE to do something like a meeting to keep my brain on track.
Erin from Pittsburgh says
Oh, Jennifer, the outfit is pretty bad, but no, you are not alone about the struggle although I think you always look very pretty. And you are trying. I am not trying and haven’t in a long time. Most people lose weight when they get divorced but I have put on weight every year since (2002). I drink a lot of beer (Rhonda & I should get together) and I can’t seem to stop. I love beer and pot–bad combo for losing weight. My chin is slowly disappearing. And I can’t get myself together. When I hear how Alexis thinks about food, eating and exercise it makes so much sense. And then it disappears from my memory and/or my willpower. I’ve gone from a size 6 to a size 14 and some of the 14’s are getting tight in the waste. What is wrong with my head? Ugh. Thanks for sharing the great photo. It really is a funny combo (esp. the colors) you have on there, but I bet I could out do ya, ha ha!
rebeccacdm says
OK, you have to try never again at the very least.
As someone who I believe shares your exact malady, I have to say it doesn’t really matter. I want to lose weight, but frankly I had a better time making a saffron-pancetta-potato-onion frittata fo brunch with friends today. You’ve been through a rough patch and you know what? – it’s OK.
Be kind to yourself, lady. You should be.
Amy says
Do I need to nominate you for a style makeover on What Not to Wear? I like to be comfy but that outfit was just crazy.
Lori says
Oh Jennifer, are those pajamas you are wearing? Last night I went to pick up my daughter from a batmitzvah and I wore a night shirt with sweat pants and jacket over it…matching of course! I looked like a fucking moron!
Sarah N. says
By getting back on track and not punishing yourself for celebrating. By allowing some treats on weigh in day and then try not to during the rest of the week. TRUST ME! I lost 60 pounds on Jenny Craig in a little over 6 months and that is how I did it. I realized that it wasn’t that Jenny Craig was my miracle diet, it’s just that I went for it realistically. So you had some fun this week eh? Well, now get back to work and continue and don’t let yourself or anyone else make you feel bad about it. Good Luck Jenny!
joann in chicago says
oh jen, please. Tell me this is a halloween costume. Tim Gunn is SCREAMING in pain! You are a beautiful woman! DRESS UP EVERY SINGLE DAY! We see you on tv, we know how beautiful and funny you are and how you dress on the show. You ask how to get back on track? Here is the answer – Don’t think – just do. Be robotic about it. Get up, do your thing and work out. It needs to become a routine. Not something you dwell on so much. You are giving it too much power over you. OMG, I beg you, get rid of that entire outfit.
speechless says
Wow! I am suprised that you didn’t get hauled off by the men in white coats looking like that.
Cecelia says
I think you are depressed — you have been through so much. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Like Scarlet says: “Tomorrow is another day, damn it.”
Joanie from Loon Lake says
I was on ww about a year ago and have gained back all I lost plus. It really is difficult, however I started back a month ago and the weight is just melting off. This time I am exercising every day I think it’s important to attend the meetings, because when I think I can go it on my own it never works out. I have also gone to the store in pajamas , however the secret is to wear a long coat so no one knows.
Frankie says
Dear Jennifer, YOU CAN DO IT! Get back on WW. It works; I promise you. Just do it. You have to; you will be so much happier. xxoo
Mal says
The best way I’ve found to get back on track is to stop beating yourself up about getting off. Too often those negative feelings stop up from moving forward to positive habits of being healthy again! You can soooo do it!
Amber says
I had to give up refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup. I had to just say “no more, not ever, never again.” I treat it like crack – I just cannot put the stuff in my body.
I promised myself that I would no longer have to diet or obsess about my weight, so long as I didn’t touch any foods with those two ingredients. I could eat anything else without guilt, I promised myself, if I just stayed away from those two things. I even allowed myself to quit obsessing about the number on the scale or my jeans size – I was just like, “Amber, just do this ONE THING and let go of the rest.”
It was hardest at first, I had a lot of “false starts” but finally I went one day and then that turned into two days which turned into one week and I found the more and more days I went without it, the easier and easier it got (I de-toxed, essentially). So I think it really is like an addiction.
I still eat all other foods, sometimes even in gross excess, but the weight came off and I’m about 10 pounds within what I’d like to weigh. Which is totally fine by me! (I lost about 70 pounds in 9 1/2 months, if you’re curious.)
Jane M says
Just visited my daughter at college this weekend. Sent her to WW this past summer after her Freshman year because she put on way more than the Freshman 15. She started school this Fall and went to meetings in Washington DC and she’s now on maintenance going for her LIFETIME membership. SHE LOOKS FANTASTIC! Was the best decision since it’s so hard eating properly in college. Keep it up – it really works!
Jenny says
Celebrities are allowed to wear really out there things!
Mox Rogers says
I love carbs, and dairy, and the occassional high fructose corn syrup item…so I eat them. I also exercise for at least an hour 3-5 times a week. I love to eat so I don’t tell myself “no, you can’t have that” because the moment I do, I’ll want the item even more. Of course, since I’m not always eating the best for me, my weight loss has been slower, but it’s still happening and I don’t hate myself.
Kim from Florida says
To get back on track, I eat raw broccoli every time I feel like I am hungry. By the third snack attack I don’t want broccoli any more and I am recognizing that I’m not really hungry.
lowcountrylynn says
Try drinking more herbal teas and add a fiber supplement so you feel fuller and lighter. Also, I was listening to your icing dilemma last week. Had it, or was it going to rain the day you tried whipping the egg whites? Too much humidity prevents the egg whites from peaking.

Honey, get a grip! Cut the hair, go back to ww and get out of the nighty. Good LORD! Seem depressed to me. Therapy WORKS!!

No, nope, not curious. Eat up, babe.

You know you can go on all the diets in the world, but unless you fix the inside….it’s really hard to fix the outside. Ever notice when you do lose the weight, you still have all the ghosts on the inside. Learn to love yourself, be happy, then start making small changes. Before you know it, you’ll have lost weight and feel better inside. Life is too short, enjoy what you have.
Ladymissgailo says
Carbs and sugar are a bad thing for me as well, I blowup like a pig.
Advice. Eat all the good yummy protein that you like, chicken breast with good mayo, tuna fish salad with lettuce as the bread, put a good pork or beef roast in the oven, SOAK UP THE PROTEIN BABY,
NEW FLASH!!!
ALSO LESS SUGAR AND CARBS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LESS DEPRESSED…THAT MEANS WEARING REAL CLOTHES IN PULBLIC…
I love ya jen, good luck, you are a beautiful person.
jill says
Hey Jennifer. I’m so glad to give out this advice. So you had a week of carbs and sugar,,,,wasn’t it fun!? Don’t beat yourself up FOR HAVING FUN! Today is Monday,,drink a lot of water, put on your make-up and act as though nothing happened. I just came off a FUN girlfriend weekend. Lots of carbs — including wine, and Cheesecake Factory, late night/early morning snacking on chips and salsa, trail mix and wine. That was so much fun,,,and I get together like this with these girls ONCE A YEAR! Today I am planning on getting back on it. Drink water, eat normal and get some rest. I’m tired (and I bet you are too) from the carbs and the late nights. Take a nap or take it easy be good to yourself and appreciate the fact that you can have fun now and then
Katie says
If I have a bad weigh in, when I get home I take my dog for a walk. she doesn’t really care how I look, as long as I’m not wearing my pj’s in public 😉 I’m taking her for a walk! I think you need to remember that you can’t do anything about the past week you need to look towards the new week ahead. good luck with it…..

Mar says
Jennifer! That’s aweful! you’re one of those ladies I totally make fun of when I see them dressed like that out in public! You’re a beautiful girl, don’t do that to yourself… people would kill to look as pretty as you, 10 pounds or not.
Paula in LA says
I have always struggled with my weight. I finally lost a good amount, was down to a size 6/8. In the last year here I am back to a 10. I am an emotional eater. Oh gee, you think??? I love food. It makes me happy and then it makes me sad. I love sugar and carbs.I cook & bake and want to give everything away so I won’t eat it all. i think about my weight and the way I look 24/7… fat, swollen, large, bloated.. I have heard what a beautiful face I have my WHOLE life. My husband thinks I look great all the time which makes me feel guilty for the self loath.
I share this with you Jennifer because you ned to know that the battle is for many of us. Diets, pills, shrinks, potions, you name it – I’ve done it. None of it stop the demon cravings (as I call them)When I loose the weight you would think the insanity stops. So I go and gain it back. I will go back to WW (probably a new location)
OMG this so sucks!
Annette in CA says
Hang in there Jennifer, it’s always hard to get back on track but you’ll do it.
Brian says

Annette says
Jennifer – I’m your biggest fan and always positive in my comments but OMG woman! You are on TV now; you can’t wear that outside the house! I’m sure that Alexis would argue that you shouldn’t wear it inside either but whatever…
Marlene says
Hi Jennifer, you are so funny and remind me of myself. When I moved out here to Vegas I loved going to the upermarket at night in my pajamas and slippers, I just loved the fact that no one knew me. Now after 10 years I fear I will run into someone from my line of work and hate, but I still drive through places if I have to in my pj’s. I used to do it back in NJ all the time with my coat over them. ha ha
MGE says
I love the outfit!! Is it from Barney’s!??
Arlene says
People are so mean. Anyway, I agree its the HF corn syrup, sugar, bad fats. If you cut them out you WILL loose weight. I NEVER eat any of the stuff. My trainer gets his people off the crap right away. I see the difference in them right away. The only formula that works is off that crap!!! and calories in calories out!!!! Good Luck Jennifer.
Edie says
I know it’s a little dumb, but when I declared to myself that I was going to start eating like a human being and not a pig, I lost 20 lbs with out dieting. I realized that I was just eating WAY too much crap!
Colleen in STL says
I agree with Arlene, I try to avoid HFCS, when I do ieat it, I cannot stop eating. Dr. Oz says it triggers some thing in your brain to eat…I think, who knows.
I lost 80+lbs but it was with lap band, it is amazing but not fool proof, it is a tool and you have to work it properly.
gardenlover says
Hi Jennifer, I can totally understand not feeling up to being fully dressed up, but come on. Sweatpants and sneakers would have been easily do-able. Are you sure you’re feeling ok? That outfit is sending a message – for sure. Only you have the power to get over how you’re feeling. Take responsibility and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I think an intervention from What Not to Wear would be a fabulous start, not to mention the exposure/press your show would get from it. Somebody, please nominate her. I’ll sign the petition….
Sarah in FL says
Jennifer, you look beautiful no matter what you wear…never let ANYONE tell you otherwise!! This is said a whole lot, but it is the truth- what’s on the inside matters, not what’s on the outside!
Emmy says
I’m calling the RNC and see if they purchase you $150,000 worth of better pajamas to wear outdoors.
TGL says
I’m surprised Alexis didn’t make a bigger deal about that outfit!!
gigi says
Jenn sweetie, I’ve been through horrific grief (more on that later)…. You need to me kind to yourself and give yourself a little grace (as should others.) After my beautiful young father died, I couldn’t get out of bed much less get dressed. Food was my solace. I did find that when you give yourself a little attention it helps.(I never leave the house without lipstick- actually I wear lipstick even if I don’t leave the house!) This is just a horrible time in your life and someday you will be able to laugh…. until then, stick with ww and my suggestion is to find or buy three or four non-fail items in your wardrobe that are a no-brainer and feel comfy, just like pjs. As I say,”when the going gets rough, the tough wear cashmere” I just found three brand new sweaters at a thrift store for $2.50 ea! Hang in there and take one day at a time…. You are fabulous!

Getting back on tack starts with the next thing you put in your mouth. Don’t spend energy crying over what you age (i know you are not really crying) and put you energy towards make a wise choice next meal.

the party ye s there is cake but do you have to have a piece??? maybe a taste develop will power but as we age our metabolism changes unless we rev it up to compensate for the slow down — we can not eat the same way we did when we were younger— it is not like you never had those foods before but now it is time for more fiber and vegetables and fruit and well you know how to eat healthier Make it so Make it work
Sid Simpson says
Jennifer- I have been where you are with WW and fashion, etc. in hard times in my life. This is the deal- the food is the current repetitive behavior that is providing comfort. You have to turn food back into food, not your woobie. You have to substitute another behavior that is equally satisfying and instantly accessible. Something you can binge on and that hits several of your sensory channels at once. Some kind of craft or art that gives you a place to express yourself. OK- this sounds really lame, but my answer is crochet. I can carry some with me everywhere. I can indulge in gorgeous yarns from exotic places that look amazing and feel beautiful. I can make things to share with others- both for friends and for charity situations. And it is hard to shove cake in your mouth when you are working with silk. Does it help all the time? No, but it helps a lot of the time and that counts for a lot!
Your answer is out there : )

I’m so far off track that I’m begging my doctor to do thyroid testing because I want that as an excuse for the ballooning I’ve done in the last 6 months.

Hey Jennifer,
I started Nutrisystem in January and since March I’ve been following the plan but using my own food (can you say YUCK!) LOL
When I cheat I don’t think of it as going “off track” really, it’s just one bad decision but you have the rest of the day/week to make good decisions.
So, if you had that piece of cake at lunch time, make sure your dinner is a good one and finish the day off right.
Don’t beat yourself up for “cheating” but try to limit the amount of times that you do cheat and you won’t feel so bad afterwards.
Good luck gf…I’ve struggled w/ my weight all my life and I’m finally getting in control of it.
You can do it.
PS…WTF were you thinking wearing that outfit? I’m not even that bad! LOL
Love your show.
Kim in Texas says
Ok. Sooo…between the outfit and the polygomist hairdo from last week, I think it is time you had a spa day. I needed a laugh today and that coutoure outfit of yours and alexix’ picture had me rolling. Thanks.
FG says
Hey Jennifer,
How much weight do you want to lose? I never think you look overweight in your pictures/TV show. I have a constant struggle. Need to lose 60 pounds. At this point, I feel like I can’t diet. It just pisses me off and I eat more. I just try to do the best I can each day, but realize that life happens and when it does I don’t beat myself up or punish. Just realize that the next meal will need to be smaller etc.. Good luck.
marlee says
Jennifer – do you want a weight loss buddy? I’m serious. I have four kids and am still carrying the baby weight (the “baby” is 2 1/2).
I’m in if you are! I think the challenge and competition would be good.

Hi, Go to Target and buy some “lounge” clothes that are cute. I make my mom do this every 6 months. Buy tanks, comfy cute pants/sweats/workout pants, and sweaters. At least you will look like you are coming are going from the gym and it might motivate you to go out and take a walk. For some reason people only have going out clothes and really nice clothes but no cute, comfy lounge clothes. It is worth every penny you spend on them!!! Trust me.
Diane from Ma says
No matter what your size or age, always, always take pride in your appearance. That outfit was not right for any occasion.
Get back on the horse and ride the ww. You can do it!!! It’s a battle I know. After a hysterectomy my weight went wild. It’s work. But today I am a healthy weight. Not skinny but healthy and feeling good about myself and life.

Not to be curde, but I had an issue with my weight when I started my confectionery business. Sample, sample, sample = pounds, pounds, pounds! The one thing I found to shed the weight was to ask the wifey to, umm, have sex at least 5 out of the seven days. I lost 13lbs!!! Cardio-sex for at least 30 minutes!!!!

Jennifer…crazy outfit! You should take some time out of your day to love yourself. Is that really the outfit you like or is it what you settle on? Love you guys and the show (and I love Whatever martha), I have withdrawals when I miss a show!!
Connie G says
This cracks me up, and also why I love you guys, you may be celebrities, but your regular people too. My daughter would so disown me for going out like that and when she sees a picture of her dad that I send her when we are out and about, her response is, “you let him out of the house?”
True you are not alone, I dropped 20 lbs this summer while helping out daughter with my 2 granddaughters, now it’s been 3 months and I have put back 10lbs, I know it’s my eating habits slipping back. I used SoloSlim and it worked, I just have to get back on myself and my eating habits. I do an intense work out 3 days a week, gravity, need to get back to the other 2 days, on we go.

FWIW – I’ll be bidding a reluctant farewell to “Whatever”. It’s been a fun two years, and I truly appreciate the humour and good times. You’ve enabled me to wile away many tedious hours stuck in traffic.
However, I turn to Sirius for entertainment I cannot get anywhere on the AM/FM dial. I need look no further than my local AM stations for ignorant, self-satisfied political pundits who belittle those who don’t agree with them, cut them off, talk over them, hang up and fail to engage in anything other than juvenile name-calling. It’s true that most of them skew right, so you are somewhat original in that you instead skew left.
My work as an opinion page newspaper columnist means I am familiar with those who disagree with my columns. I’m more than happy to argue politics with those who disagree with me, but there are those who simply wish to stir up trouble. I will never make them happy, so I advise those readers to simply skip over my column. I am going to follow my own advice, and spend my Sirius time on other more enjoyable programming. After seeing the television show, with its strained attempts at humour, and listening to today’s show I am afraid that you have strayed so far from the elemental foundation of your successful radio that it has begun to affect it. Jennifer, I hope you are able to make your peace with the loss of your mother and regain control over your body. Alexis – – good luck with the whole I’m the center of the universe, no one else matters thing. Chrissy and Paulie – thanks for your contributions to the show.
TGL says
Every time that I log into the site and see this outfit with red hearts I feel awful!! Girl, you are so sweet and nice and fun, why don’t you respect yourself more and take care of yourself. Rather than say: I need to lose weight, why don’t you try saying: I will take better care of myself. It might work better in a long run. In the end, this is not about your weight. Leaving your house in pj’s simply screams: I do not care about myself! And that, Jennifer, is sad…

We polished off the Carvel cake and couldn’t stop eating the fancy Islander cake.. the entire family had blue lips and tongues.. It was hilarious.. I ate enough cake for a lifetime in one day… And now all the Halloween candy!!! Ugh..
Don’t even get me started about when to stop and to begin getting serious. I’m focusing on the fact that my wedding dress is being made to fit my body.. Oh boy…

I know it’s extremely common to wear pajamas in public in China – and there are a billion people there that think it’s okay. That being said, you deserve to treat yourself better.
Just get fancier pajamas, move to China and it’ll all be okay. Hey they make fancy pjs in China! : )
Also Leaving says
After todays show I am done with you girls. I get that we don’t all have to agree, but you can’t even have an intelligent conversation about the candidates. Alexis saying that people shouldn’t be able to vote because they are too stupid.. excuse me… One caller on your side didn’t even know what the fuck the Supreme Court was. Also Jennifer you said Obama supports gay marriage, he does not. He support civil unions (same as McCain) I am a republican and I support gay marriage, voted for it in my state but like most states both parties voted it down. I am not a religious conservative, but a fiscal one. I am voting for McCain because I own a small business and Obama is not a friend to small business. He will do so much damage to corporations I can not in good faith vote for him. Plus, I don’t want the world to be as liberal as he sees it. To social conservatives John McCain was too centric/left leaning. That is why they brought in Sarah Palin. It was strategy to get votes, what all politics are. She is not an idiot and as a Woman I find the way you and Alexis talk about her to be so fucking offensive. She is a fucking Governor and you don’t get there without having a brain. It would be nice if the two of you who supposedly are nice open girls would take a look around and educate yourself instead of spouting off steryotypes and untruth. I don’t hate you for voting for Obama, I just think you are in a position where it doesn’t matter. I don’t think you have ever truly looked at the issues. I have enjoyed your show for the last 2 years, but today just pissed me off beyond belief.
saintfranny says
Ohhhhhh “LOTW Christine” and “Also Leaving” – i’m sure Alexis and Jennifer are just heartbroken at losing you.
You’re leaving because they’re too mean or snarky or whatever (ha! whatever!), but yet you couldn’t just go on your way without saying some mean and snarky things to them as well. So, you’re not so fabulous and better than anyone. You’re just bitter because a new day is dawning… and that day has a name. And it is Barack Obama. Read it and weep. I for one will be celebrating for the next 4 years. Thank dog.
Sammy says
Women often make the mistake of assuming men share a sexual mentality similar to their own. You conclude that, because you would still love your husband regardless of what he looked like, that your husband feels the same way. The hard truth is that this is not the case; men require physical attraction. When asked, they may claim otherwise, but they simply say that to avoid an unpleasant conversation. Fair or not, its a simple fact of biology, and no matter what deep connection the two of you may share, his attraction is rooted in the physical, not the mental. You really must consider this reality as you contemplate your weight problem. Do you think your husband still finds you attractive? Is it fair to him that you have put on so much weight, and that you have decided to let your appearance go? His “Texas polygamist” joke should have set of an alarm. Even if the remark seemed to have been made in jest, at its heart was a legitimate complaint. Your personal appearance isn’t just about you – its also about your marriage and your husband’s reasonable expectation that you maintain sexual appeal. Take this issue seriously before it becomes more than just a weight problem.

LMAO,
Now that is funny. Darling don’t ware that ever again out of the house. Think of the kids!
I'm Gone Too says
Amen to “Christine” and to “Also Leaving.” Count me out too! I’ve been a listener from your very first enjoyable day, but recently you have just become so offensive and impossible. You both sound like a couple of ignorant, self centered brats that don’t have a clue about the what the real world is like and how to get along in it. You are so used to getting your way without any effort that you just can’t even articulate your thoughts in a thoughtful, intelligent manner; let alone carry on a friendly discussion about topics you know very little about – ie politics and how our system functions. You think you know, but you really don’t know the fundamentals. I’ve tried and tried to listen to your recent rants, but you have just become impossible. I subscribed to Sirius solely for Martha, but am canceling my service today.
Buffy says
Oh Jenn! Don’t ever wear that out of your house again! If you don’t feel like getting dressed at least wear sweats or a warm up suit. I am guilty of that. I too have been following WW and have recently fallen off the wagon so to speak. It is very hard to stay on track all the time. Good luck!
Buffy says
Boy I was just reading through some of the comments and the one that Also Leaving left was…I don’t know. It is all right for everyone to have their opinions and he/she has every right to be angry but the language used in the comment is not appropriate. If you are mad great but I don’t see the use in using the F word in full. At least the girls say Fing and not use the word.
Politics are just a bad thing to discuss period. But if she is a McCain supporter I suppose she would be angry to listen to you girls talk.
Just my two cents.
Ken Jones says
People are annoying!!! G*d forbid you do not see eye to eye with some of these folks, public lynching at a minimum! Some feel compelled not to exercise their right not to listen/read, and rather bitch, berate, moan, and criticize. Yeah, no one really cares how much I’m getting it, but this is an open forum and a question was asked about weight management and I answered it. As for my “poor wife,” she actually enjoys it and is very happy thank you!
I am a Conservative Republican and I served my Country to defend freedom and respect Jenny and Alexis’ right to vote for whomever they damn well please without resorting to insults and the like. Jenny, keep doing what you are doing and screw the cowardly haters, as it seems there are many! Be well my friend!

Don’t worry, Jenny, I’m just as bad… I have NO SHAME when cruising around town in my ratty sweatpants (just to avoid wearing my four-pronged bra).

OH, JENNIFER . . .
This is definitely a sign. I know how I would feel if I were wearing this. When you feel this way you HAVE to make yourself put something nicer, more flattering on. It helps to change ones frame of mind. Have you ever seen CAbi clothes? Check out the website – clothes designed by a woman for women.

She knows how to accentuate our “good” parts and camouflage the not so good. I, too, am short & have had to have some of the pants from CAbi hemmed but it was so worth it. In the past I would avoid buying/wearing jeans (36-27-36). It was so hard to find a flattering pair. Not now! CAbi has “lounge wear” too. Good luck! Things are getting better. It’s a slow process & you’re learning as you go. :o)

Jennifer,
When the truck driver called yesterday implying that you were not being true to your heritage (or some such thing), I believe this is what he was speaking of:

“cozy” = hiding your body, covering up, feeling uncomfortable showing yourself; now that doesn’t sound as great as “cozy”, right?
Also, I partially agree with Sammy. While I don’t really think men are only attracted to women because of their looks, and that it is a woman’s responsibility to keep in shape… I do agree that any husband would begin to feel less happy if his wife didn’t take care of herself… your husband might be an exception…
I'm done says
you girls are so dumb my husband left the kitchen and said no man in his right mind would keep these girls company if either one did not have money. Can’t listen anymore.
ArbitronListener says
Because of the incessant, inane political rants,I haven’t listened to the show for about two months. The two of them know next to nothing about politics and are incapable of having an informed conversation. Unfortunately for them, I was selected by Arbitron during the last ratings period. By then I had stopped listening to the show, and they never made it into my listening diary. Not that ratings mater to the show; as long as mommy Stewart’s name is on the channel, “Whatever” will have a home.

Obama plans to change the inheritance tax. After he is elected 45% of your inheritance will go to the government.
Something to think about since both you girls have inheritance money coming your way one day.

Wow. For 3 subscribers above . . . In war you can only be killed once, but in politics, many times. (Winston Churchill)
To voice your opinion in light of a debate is healthy but to sacrifice Alexis & Jen for an open forum welcoming all views is ludicrous.
For I’m Done: hubby’s narrow minded. He did the right thing…left the room, obviously intimidated by A & J’s intellect & wit.
For Arbitron: 1 question, did you contribute on Open Phone day…Interesting that you stopped listening MONTHS ago & yet left a comment on 10-31, hmmm…
For D.com: You must be a personal friend to know that A & J have inheritance $$ coming & how much. It is my understanding that the estate tax is already @ 45% affecting estates @ 2 mill+. Obama has simply proposed raising the exclusion to 3.5 mil & maintaining the current 45%.

That’s just sad. You’d probably feel better if you put on some clothes (that aren’t slippers and pj’s).

Gee Buffy, I guess you never read where Alexis called someone a ‘nasty fuck’. Nice.
