Jennifer-you are not negative-you are hurting and the feeling is raw and it burns into your soul and it feels like it will never go away. Please don’t apologize for your heartfelt emotions about your Mom. You are never ever the same again after you lose your mother. Now I know exactly how you feel. My beautiful beloved Mom died in March and every day I wake up and think it was a just a terrible nightmare and then the reality savagely kicks me in the gut that she is really gone forever. And I know there won’t ever be a day for as long as my heart beats that I won’t cry for the loss of her in my life. Since she brought me into this world I pray that she will be there waiting to bring me into the next. I am sure your lovely Mom will be waiting for you too.

I want to know how the hell these people are so professional at knowing what you are going through. Jennifer, don”t do what everyone wants you to do. do what you feel capable of doing. Like I told you before, embrace your father if you can, ask every question, be in the moment. People are all friggin experts at what you should do when all they know of you is hearing you on the radio.My hope for you is to be okay with everything, but I certainly would never tell you “it’s about time.” It’s your life. There are no rules about grief. From the minuscule knowledge I have of you, I like you very much. I like you enough to shut my mouth and let you progress at your own rate.

jen, you do NOT need to explain your emotions EVER. You’ve been thru the worst thing a person can go thru, cut yourself some slack. And don’t listen to all those idiots who tell you to cut your hair. You look great. I am 53 yrs old and have hair like yours and it’s long and wavy and healthy and I don’t give an eff what people say about the whole “when you get older you need to cut your hair” It’s sexy and hot and it’s what makes you unique.
Good for you! Life is to short to be unhappy. Don’t let anyone drag you down. I cannot wait until you girls are live again!
