Good to see you, Jennifer! I don’t have Sirius anymore, but like to check in every now and again. Thanks for the video blog. BTW – was that a crystal doorknob on your ring finger?! 🙂
me in nj says
sweet video blog.. for some reason, it’s nice to see you ‘live’. I guess it’s because we’re so used to just hearing you? hope your summer is still going great…
Kathy G says
The garden looks great J! My heirloom tomatoes are finally ripening and I can hardly wait to eat them. Enjoy your bounty!
Sue/Indiana says
great to see and hear from you……tell your brother-in-law that his tomatoes look better than Martha’s tomatoes……pictures that she posted a few days ago.
MIchael N says
Thank you for your aesthetic concern. You’re much easier on the eyes.
angrynikki says
i think people are obsessed with the garden because it was a huge and cool (organic) project. okay, so does the brother-in-law have a blog about the garden? haha.
Anon. Y. Mous says
WASTE OF MY TIME.

Rachel says
Thank you for the video blog and the lovely pictures of your garden.
Michelle says
Hi Jenn! I was wondering if you tried your watermelon yet? I planted them as well. Haven’t tried them yet? Update when you do please!!
Ms Elso says
That garden is looking good. Cute video – I only wish you woulda flipped off your blog pests at the end.
Misty says
It looked like you weren’t wearing a shirt.
Amy Rabuffo's mother blogs for her says
Usually at the end of August, the harvest does peak at it’s best. We think yours looks just like an August veg. garden should except for all the rain this past years. For a first years garden, keep up the good work and hopefully next year, your family will have a bigger and better one than this years. The pictures remind me of when my father had a very large gaeden filled with all types of plants for that time, including a cherry tree. I don’t understand why your fans think your-brother-in-law should have his own garden blog? Is there a specific reason I am not aware of?
Ms Elso says
I’ve got watermelons, eggplants, and tomatos in my garden too. I love your garden, but love mine better. I am so intellectual that I just tend to pick better seeds and better plotting techniques. But good job Jen!
Sandy says
The garden produce is truly amazing. WOW!
Pictures says
For some reason, I your pictures aren’t showing up. I’ve had this problem with your half of the blog before? Anyone else??
JRT says
Mad men??……..Sunday nights, you and the hubby should be watching Entourage…….
PS. are you naked in that video?
JRT says
I agree with you , and could care less about seeing photo’s of your garden……… I much prefer seeing the recipes and dishes that come out of what you pick from your garden……….
Teri says
How are you supposed to pronounce cauliflower?
Beth says
Jen- you look sooo good!
Ms Elso @ Ms Elso Clone says
Ms Elso clone, you give me too much credit. Don’t know the first thing about seeds OR plotting techniques. But I do know it’s tomatoes, not tomatos, Dan Quayle.
bk says
you look good. jenn . but the garden does not good. im dissapoinnted cause you showed a huge project. most of tthe veggies looks half grown. i was expectinng a huge garden. with a bountfuil harvest
Ms Elso @ Ms Elso Clone says
You don’t know much about anything…except that you are in love with yourself!!! LOLOLOL And, yes…I do think you know alot about plotting techniques…and tomatos, tomatoes, potato potatoes…moron! 🙂
@Ms Elso says
We’ve all heard enough out of you and your clone, get a life, ya Alexis Stewart wanna be, but will never be!!
BORE ME TO TEARS says
Dan Quayle? Come on, why even bother commenting with such BORING ASS COMMENTS???
Jen, thanks for sharing the pics!
Mary Ellen says
Thanks Jen, that was quick! My heirloom tomatoes have been ripening for about the last week or so, I made sauce from the Martino’s Roma tomatoes and it was SO SWEET and good my boyfriend could not believe I did not put any sugar in it! Now I am ready to make fresh salsa of all the different colors of tomatoes and red & green jalapenos. One last request – could you possible get a picture of the entire garden plot from the same angle as the beginning one,l it is so cool to see the transformation!
HBE says
Garden 101 not all plants/transplants are bedded at the same time to allow for a constant source of produce—some plants do better in cold weather some things take longer to grow depending on the Zone but most of you knew that. Also the point of gardening is different for different people.
Just look next time you go grocery shopping look to see what is in the market basket then look at the person
some things grow really big in alaska or is it vancouver
Marlene says
Awesome, veggies look great!
dirty diana.............leo says
The garden turned out as I predicted. Ms. Elso what do you get for your never-ending ass kissing?
@Dirty Diana, et. al. says
Couldn’t agree more. “Ms Elso”, maybe you should try to find something outside the show to fill your time with.
Ms Elso says
@@Ms Elso: Of course I’m a wanna be but will never be Alexis. WHO ISN’T? I”m a realist, though, and we all know she’s one of a kind.
Ms Elso @ dirty diana......leo says
Glad you asked. For my never-ending ass kissing, I get to put my appreciation and high regard for Alexis and Jennifer on the record AND piss off their detractors.
To Ms Elso whoevere you are says
Why do you think people have to be so down right mean? Why do you think it’s hard for anyone, these days to say something poitive about another human? I’m tired of this type of behavior. How about the rest of you, including the real Ms Elso? Amy
To Amy says
If we had new entries on the blog every day to keep us busy, there’d be nothing to be mean about. LOL
Unfortunately, having a blog opens up conversation about everything and anything, you can either deal with it, or choose not to read it. Why take it personally? WHO CARES?
Jen is Awesome! says
I love your side of the blog, you don’t pick thru the entries and only add the ones YOU want! 🙂 You ROCK!
Julie-MN says
I can hardly wait for the new shows! When does the 1st one air?
Ariell (R-E-L) says
I’m lovin the video blogs, I say you do it more often!! I’m def agreeing with Julie-MN, can’t wait for the shows…ur gorgeous!!! -Me
Bearzimages.com says
That’s a kick ass garden guys! Are you starting to see signs of late blight yet?
updates says
same as per Alexis…if you’re going to have a blog…UPDATE IT!!
@updates says
I think Alexis is not updating out of sheer stubborness. Just to show us
“she will update the f*cking blog whenever she sees fit”. Which isn’t surprising at all, it fits her personality. But ya, why bother creating a blog if you can’t keep up with it? It’s not rocket science for christ sake!
Although... says
Jen doesn’t have that “I’ll show them” mentality…she’s genuinely sweet and blogs when she has something to share, and we love her for it!
Ashley says
Those veggies sure look delicious and colorful !!! I for some reason would rather watch u and Alexis then Listen to your radio show!! Can’t wait for the new season in afew weeks cuz the reruns are played out!!!
Sirius says
You know, ALOT of us don’t have Sirius, so we can’t “listen to the show” as Alexis so rudely instructed us to do if we want updates. Close down the blog or keep it updated.
Lynne says
Alexis and Jennifer don’t “OWE” anyone anything. This blog is theirs to do with what they want.
@whiners (sirius, update and others) says
When will you people realise that this blog is a privelege not a right! It’s a ‘nice to have’ not a ‘must have’.
You should be grateful that these girls take time to share their life with you instead of constantly berating them for not keeping up the blog. Maybe they have other things going on – what a concept. Just enjoy it when it happens and fill your life with other things when it doesn’t.
That’s not rocket science either!!
