zappos company is AMAZING. i bought boots… juicy couture perri boots…
wore them 4 times and look what happened…to BOTH boots! (keith is holding the boot).
so i called zappos…looking for a fight..because i EXPECT a fight from customer service…BUT…
jennifer in customer service was beyond nice, extremely helpful, taking back my boots and crediting my credit card…all without seeing this photo!
so yay! for zappos, i’ll continue to shop on their site. FANTASTIC.

Hi Jennifer…. The owner of Zappos was on Oprah a while back talking about his passion in life. Interestingly enough he has a passion for providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
That is what he wants his company to be known for. He mentioned that while shoes are their current business they plan to provide great customer service in many areas (i.e. airlines).
Good to hear it’s TRUE!

Zappos is amazing. I bought my husband some expensive golf shoes. He had a problem with one of the spikes that wouldn’t stay in the shoe. He called them (after 8 months) and they said they would gladly replace them. Not only that, they said they would go ahead and send the new pair right away and would enclose a paid return label with the new shoes. Their customer service is exceptional. Amazing company.

I have been a huge fan of Zappos for years. The evolution of the company and the culture is quite interesting…you can find all info on their site. The CEO, Tony Hsieh is a visionary!
The next time you are in Vegas, you should take a tour of the company, they welcome it!

Love love love Zappos! Someone stole my credit card information and tried to make a purchase on Zappos. A Customer service rep called me to make sure I really made the purchase. I was able to stop everything quickly because of Zappos customer service.

Hmm how high is that heel? Perhaps the heel is entirely to high for you. also perhaps the stress factors of you walking in the boots caused the heel to separate. Incidentally, most shoes fashion shoes are not meant for any amount of walking. Walking shoes are meant for walking. real walking i have seen those stair ou have to cimb or do you use the elevator?

I have been ordering shoes from Zappos for me and my husband for years! They are the best! Crazy isn’t it….. when we expect a fight when we call customer service….but as you said they are terrific! Yay! for a company that exceeds the customers expectations!!

I am VIP customer at ZAppos. I got my pair shipped on saturday and rcd on Monday. For exchange , they won’t charge, just return what you don’t want to keep. Love them dearly!! But if you compare the price with Neimen or Nordstrom they are $ 5-7 more..sure they are covering their shipping…you try next time( comparison shopping).

Zappos was recently bought out by Amazon, but supposedly they Amazon will just be the major shareholder and Zappos will remain the same company. It will be interesting to see if their brand stays true over time after this change. I have also had excellent service from them, and just love how easy it is to shop on their site!

Yeah, if I spent 400 bucks on a pair of boots I’d expect them to last more than through a few wears. I would not buy footwear from the Juicy line again that’s for sure. Then again, I can’t afford to!
