typically i walk an hour… some days i walk/job outside for longer. or i take an exercise class or i workout with my trainer. i vary my exercise. have to or i’d be super bored! how do you type hearts?!

Jen how fast do you walk on the treadmill and do you do an incline? I typically do about 4.6mph so is that considered as jogging? I can not jog outside because I feel like I look like an idiot LOL!

i walk slowly at 3.5 with a 6 or 7% incline. or i can walk 4.0 at 3 or 4% incline. i totally look like an idiot jogging outside! my jog speed is definitely 4.6-5.0 at MOST! going outside clears my head… and i love that.

What would you say is the smallest change to your diet that you think made the biggest impact on your weightloss?

the smallest change that made the biggest impact was counting calories…really lowering the number that i was taking in. on a good day i dont go above 1000-1100 calories. and on a bad day…OY! also, giving up too many grains- smaller portions of all grain-type carbs definitely helps overall. no one overeats on protein really… or veggies! and watching condiments like mayonnaise.

ive been blond. but i was born a red head… i look ok blond. probably best strawberry blondish but who has time for highlights… and too much bleach isnt good! it takes up enough time as is to do a single process.

i take fish oil for heart and hair and biotin for hair…i dont know what you should take…id ask your doctor… i have blood pressure issues too (sexy!) so that’s controlled as well…
