i am so thankful we are ok. was a weird night though. this waiting for irene brought up lots of anxious feelings about the unknown in general. and it seemed everyone was feeling the same way. lots of people complaining on twitter of eating too much (i did!) others couldn’t sleep (i couldn’t), much conjecture about what lies ahead this week because of irene…
i am choosing to just look forward and not worry. a day at a time we will all (most?!) be ok.
are you feeling ok?!
as promised, got on the treadmill today. you motivate me so much to do it. and i hope i motivate you!
thank you again and again for being so supportive and fantastic!
my bad moods/sad moments are definitely mitigated by your (constant!) support.
here’s today’s video!

ps: before you get all “blah blah blah” about the picture at the top of the post…it is a good camera angle! when a camera shoots from above we ALL look better. and pps: my hair looks like CRAP! i have been trying to “rest” it from heat… so ive had a week of no hairdryer and no curling iron. pigtails and braids seem to be my hairstyles of choice!
ppss: please leave questions (for me to answer about YOU or about ME! i love giving advice!!!)/comments/requests for next tales from the treadmill video here.

Your Annie story confirms my philosophy of “Trying is the first step towards failure”. But there you are out there trying and succeeding. Now I’m really confused!
Why the pre-emptive defense of your photo? You don’t need to explain yourself. You look good, and photos are accurate. The world can eat it if they don’t like it. 🙂
Jenny says
thanks phil!!! yeah, the annie thing SUCKED… but i wont give up darnit. and you can’t either. haha.

Hey Jenny!!
Question for the treadmill – What is your favorite Beatles album?
Jackie says
Do you like no noodle ( zero calorie) or the pasta slim brand noodles (50 calories a package).
I recommend the pasta slim ones. Tastes great and filling?

Hi jenny! Question for today—blizzard or hurricane and why?

Thanks for the pick me up this morning! I really needed to hear the part about taking care of myself. This has been my challenge this year and it’s been tough. If I did one thing to change my ability to take care of myself what would you recommend?
Jenny says
great tready question!!!!
Dorothea Horowitz says
OH stop, you people need to relax. Bunch of New York pussies! All you do is whine and complain woman!
Jenny says

every time you sing you give me goosebumps. as your dad will tell you, that is the first sign of a good singer. have you thought about auditions for some live shows? you have good control of your voice and it also sounds trained.
just a thought…
Jenny says
i have thought about it…then let that thought go!!! but i do love to sing. thanks for being nice. xo

I am exhausted just thinking about all the communicating you do via blogging, radio show, not to mention personal friends and family ineractions. Do you ever feel like having a quiet day or do you get energized from all your interactions?
