I’ve noticed that old guys love to be nude in gym locker rooms. The older they are the longer they stay in the buff. Is this the same for women?
Amanda says
I was in a locker room once and this naked lady, middle-aged, seemed to want to hang out, brush her hair, taking her sweet time getting ready to leave the gym,…and STARED AT ME, all while naked. CREEPY!
The old grandmas in the gym seemed to take longer because they were slow and elderly- but they didn’t wander around the gym naked like they were hoping someone would look !
Younger girls, even with fit figures, were surely were much quicker about it all though! I’m sure it has something to do with one’s comfort level— the young are uncomfortable, the middle aged don’t care much at all and accept what they have, and the old don’t care anymore but move slower by nature.
I’m not Jenny but I had to share.

Do you hold grudges?
Barry Delmar says
No, unless you think blueberries are a stand alone fruit.

Hi Jenny!
Just wanted to know how did you find working out when you first started?
I started walking on the treadmill yesterday and by 5 minutes I wanted off that thing. Tell me it gets better!

My daughter didn’t want the typical large Bat Mitzvah. She wanted an under the stars Havdallah night service at her favourite hotel on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
It was a ton of work to organize but it turned out to be such a beautiful and meaningful simcha with family and close friends.
Good luck with your Bar Mitzvah plans.
Amanda says
So you don’t run out of questions (Yes, I’m just that generous):
Jenny…
The top 3 things be on your bucket list?
What food do you HATE? Can not stand/won’t eat for money?
Boxers or briefs?
Favorite guilty pleasure (that you actually feel guilty about)?

Hot Yoga shower shenanigens!
My chick and I did a hot yoga class. She told me that two of the 19ish women went into the same single shower stall together naked and were giggling as they showered.
Obviously this is hot, but is it inappropriate? The weren’t full on lezzing out, just playing around.
PS If two men had done this, they would have gotten a beating. Not because of homophobia, but because they would be degenerates.

Love! Love! Love, Tales from the Treadmill!! The singing cracks me up! I’m wondering if your kids or hubby ever walk by and say “what is going on in there?” HA!
Keep singing, more Disney maybe?! Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast?

Oh! Also, when did you drop “Koppelman” and why? ( it was already in use with “Hutt” for a while, so why the change?)
