Jennifer- I just left you a lengthy message on twitter (I didn’t know about this site at the time) Just want you to know how loved you are by radio presenter Jo Good (she was just gushing about you and Alexis) I also sent her a twitter -but not sure she reads her twitter. I updated her about your new show. She- living in London wouldn’t know. I just feel that the two of you should know each other! I love listening to both of you! Hi Jenny. Here is something for your show tomorrow. Have you ever seen that video of models walking the runway and one model urinates on the floor, then the next pukes? It’s one of the weirdest thing I have ever seen.
I wear 28 jeans but I don’t know that my waist is exactly a 28… I didn’t wear jeans sized like that when I was heavier. I have a size 18 jean from American eagle outfitters that are my biggest. They have lots of stretch.
When I eat too much any day, my belly bloats. It is not pretty. Could use a tummy tuck but won’t do it at this point.
Wow. A tummy tuck. That is the one thing that scares me about weight loss: the extra skin left. I recently lost 40 lbs and gained it all back in 3 months all because I had one pizza and binged on Thanksgiving. My Ally stopped working and have been gaining ever since. Sucks. If you had one secret you discovered about losing weight what would it be? I remember one thing that Oprah said was her secret and have found it pretty accurate. She said never eat past 7pm. If I do that I noticed I can usually lose about 2lbs a day. Now I feel like I’m gaining 2lbs a day and have had to pull out my fat clothes again. I think I’m going to start doing meth.
oy. first of all, the never eat after 7pm is sooooo true. sad but true. i am always heavier on the scale if i eat late. and it makes me feel insane. vigilance is the other thing for me. my weight fluctuates but i still get on that damn scale. even when i dont want to! many days i go to sleep wishing i could eat more. exercise as much as you can once you hit goal weight. while losing, food is much more important… you will lose it again. keep at it. never give up. i dont give up. xo.
