I listen to your show daily. You keep me company on the way to work so thank you! You were talking today about weight fluctuation. I’m a music executive. I sit 8 hours a day at a computer and eat out a lot. My weight sometimes will fluctuate 2-4 lbs. during the week. To avoid accumulation of lbs… Every Monday I simply have an Isagenix Cleanse Day. I may be up 2 lbs. Monday morning, but the day after a cleanse day (Tuesday morning) I’m back to normal and down 2 lbs. I don’t sell Isagenix, it’s just what I happen to use because it’s simple and easy and it works. I don’t care about weight fluctuation any more because Monday is my day to handle it. It’s something you may just want to try. Your show is fantastic. Thank you Jenny!

sometimes… some days. i need to start lifting some weights again… then i will be sore!

Thanks for answering my question! I catch up on ur site/videos while I’m on treadmill. What is the monitor u wear? My goal has become blood pressure more so than weight. Thanks for ur blog

i wear a pretty simple polar heart rate monitor. doesnt monitor blood pressure BUT exercise typically lowers blood pressure. just walk on an incline and keep your hr in whatever is your target range. so glad you like the videos. i want to string a bunch together at some point… for people like you! xo.
