Jenny started out the show and said Erika Katz and Bob Harper will be on the show today for Weight Wednesday!
Jenny called into Opie & Anthony to discuss 50 Shades of Grey and they were just silly about the book!
Today is Cupcake Wednesday and Jenny was tempted but it is Weight Wednesday! So, she got two cupcakes and was called out by some fellow workers! It’s just cupcakes! How did it turn into having sex with Opie?! What?!
She returns back to the Cupcake story while the group was talking about other topics. And there shows up fellow colleague Pete Dominick. And then Jenny was left with one cupcake during this cupcake journey on Weight Wednesday.
Erika Katz comes on the show and talks to Jenny about her new book!
Addy from Canada calls in and talks to Jenny about her weight issues younger saying that it doesn’t hurt to eat a cupcake or two.
Jenny and Erika then travel back to the blossoming days of Puberty and taking about their first experiences with a Tampon.
Skip from Arizona wanted to thank the ladies for helping raise their children to build their self-esteem properly but Jenny helped inform Skip of what the process is really like and what the surrounding environment poses.
Erika then talked about what it takes and all the factors to help your child blossom into a confident woman and be able to handle all the different factors that come into play.
Jenny gave a copy of Erika’s book Bonding over Beauty to today’s 30th caller!

The two began chatting about the Biggest Loser…and how there is all this effort into losing all this weight and changes habits to just revert back to old ways and gain it all back. It’s that self-defeating?!
