Morgan Freeman is out working hard promoting his newest movie, ‘Now You See Me.’ Lucky for Morgan, he was teamed up with co-star Michael Caine for this interview with a Fox affiliate. The actor must’ve been exhausted: he dozed off. During The Interview. Morgan was asked about it later and gave an inventive explanation to People: “I wasn’t actually sleeping. I’m a beta tester for Google Eyelids. I was merely updating my Facebook page.” Love it- LOL! What else can Morgan say: he was clearly snoozing. Check out the interview below.

When we saw Nicole Kidman glide down the theCannes red carpet in this striking ivory lace Valentino Haute Couture gown, we thought for a moment we were seeing the best. Fashion Faceoff. Ever.

Then we realized: This dress hadn’t been worn before. In fact, it had reportedly rather famously been unworn by Anne Hathaway, who was said to have had it all lined up for the Oscars before ditching it at the last moment for a pale pink Prada column. Hathaway’s decision to change Oscar gowns was so last minute that Valentino even sent out an announcement that she would be wearing the look before she hit the Oscars red carpet, prompting the Best Actress winner to release a remorseful statement. And though everyone kissed and made up, we couldn’t help but feel a little hurt that we’d never see the lovely look on the red carpet.

Amanda Bynes Arrested in Manhattan last night:

Amanda Bynes was taken into police custody Thursday night for a psychiatric evaluation, law enforcement sources mentioned to NBC News.

The actress was arrested under reckless endangerment charges after throwing a bong out of her Midtown apartment window.

Following the arrest, the 27-year-old actress will be escorted to a New York City police station for processing.

The former Nickelodeon star has been a recent fixture among the tabloids lately as a result of her bizarre behavior.

Jeralean Talley, the Oldest Living American, Turns 114

She was born on May 23, 1899. And she’s still going strong.

Jeralean Talley of Inkster, Mich., turned 114 on Thursday. It’s her first birthday since she officially became the oldest person living in the United States, after Elsie Thompson passed away in March at 113.

“I feel okay,” Talley told Time magazine on the eve of her birthday.

Her secret to longevity? Watching The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Wheel of Fortune, listening to baseball on the radio, and enjoying her favorite foods – including potato salad, honey buns, McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets and Wendy’s chili.

The Bachelorette‘s Meredith Phillips: My Battle with Alcoholism

Sitting down for an interview on a sunny afternoon in L.A., Meredith Phillips can’t help but complain about those last 10 lbs. she’d like to lose. As a former model and, most notably, the star of The Bachelorette in 2004, she’ll admit she’s a little hard on herself.

“I need to get back in the gym. I should really be taking better care of myself,” she says. “But I really can only focus on one thing at a time right now.”

Her primary focus has been far more challenging than logging time on a treadmill. Until six months ago, Phillips, 39, was in the throes of alcoholism. Now, she’s more than 150 days sober and still struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
