- Today is weight Wednesday! Jenny has Marion Nestle and David Kirchhoff on today’s show.

- Jenny talks about how her sister Stacy had sent her photos of when Jenny was overweight a couple of years ago, Holly asks Jenny if it is reassuring for her to see those photos and Jenny responds with how reassuring it is and looking at those photo’s she is able to maintain her weight.
- Jenny had Marion Nestle on today’s show; she is the author of the book ‘Why Calories Count’. Marion is also a professor in the department of nutrition, food studies and public health.
- Jenny and Marion talk about Marion’s book, and how Jenny thinks it doesn’t matter how much calories you’re in taking as long as you are in control of it. Marion tells Jenny her perspective on calorie counting. Jenny asks Marion if people’s health depends on the nutrition we put in our bodies. Marion responds that people don’t know the right information about calories, and weighing yourself regularly to see if you are eating too many calories is the best way to tell.
- Jenny asks Marion what is the amount of calories a woman should consume in a day, and Marion responds with, it depends on the weight of the woman, usually around 2000 calories a day. Marion recommends that people should weigh themselves regularly to help them maintain their weight goals. Jenny and Marion talk about the changes in the food pyramid, both weigh in their opinions on it. Jenny tells Marion about her eating habits, and Marion gives Jenny advice about her eating habits. Jenny and Marion talk about junk food and the best way to avoid it.

- Jenny is joined by Weight Watchers President and CEO David Kirchhoff. Jenny talks about how great David looks and how he is in great shape. Jenny talks about how it took David 9 years to reach his weight goal and his struggle getting there, which he shares in his new book, ‘Weight Loss Boss’.
- David tells Jenny that the biggest problem he sees within people trying to lose weight is when they reach their weight loss goal, they think they are finished with their goal and don’t continue to maintain their weight. David talks about a blog he started 3 years ago where he talked about his personal experiences with losing weight. Many people thought weight loss would have come easy for him because he is the CEO of Weight Watchers. David tells Jenny how he sets short term goals for himself, and how he always faces situations with will power with eating. David and Jenny talk about working out and David tells Jenny his daily routine with exercising. Jenny and David talk about little tricks when it comes to food and weight control.
- Jenny compliments David’s honesty with his book and tells David some of the parts of the book she enjoyed. Listeners call in with questions for David about Weight Watchers.
- Jenny mentions how she likes to read the message boards on weightwatchers.com, how many people share their stories on their and others feel better after reading them.
- Jenny talks more about the book, and what she thinks people will get out of reading it. Jenny and David talk about the advantages of losing weight, one being, able to fit into clothes again.
