Kanye West ‘will not be charged’ following alleged fotog attack

Kanye West could be off the hook following his alleged attack on a photographer at LAX last week.

Cops had reportedly labeled the case a felony attempted robbery – not an assault – after the shutterbug alleged that West was trying to steal his camera.

However, TMZ claims that the District Attorney won’t charge the “I Am God” rapper with attempted robbery due to the lack of evidence backing up the fotog’s claim.

The gossip site adds that the case would then be handed to LA City Attorney for a possible criminal battery prosecution. However, West is reportedly willing to buy his way out, or what is legally referred to as a “civil compromise,” according to TMZ.

Amanda Bynes’ parents ‘headed to court to request conservatorship’

Amanda Bynes’ parents, Lynn and Rick, will be in court tomorrow morning to seek temporary conservatorship of their troubled daughter, according to reports.

The conservatorship would be similar to the one created for Britney Spears in 2008 by the pop singer’s father, James.

E! News reports that Lynn and Rick are seeking to control their daughter’s financial and personal affairs. If their request is granted, they will be in charge of her estate for whatever amount of time the court deems appropriate.

Their decision comes after the former Nickelodeon star was detained on an involuntary psychiatric hold Mondayevening after she allegedly set a small fire in a driveway down the street from her parents’ Thousand Oaks, Calif. home.

After a tense on-air exchange with Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg is at war – but not with her long-time co-host of The View.

When Walters turned the talk to the Royal baby on Tuesday, Goldberg said, “I don’t care.”

It’s been 53 days (through July 25) since Khloe and Lamar were photographed together in public. And while Khloe recently tweeted a pic of Lamar kissing the side of her head it is unknown when that photo was taken.

What is known is that Lamar and Khloe are having marriage problems, especially after Jennifer Richardson came forward and said she had a year-long affair with Lamar, an affair that took place in several cities.

Fergie invites H’wood’s who’s who to baby bash

Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie is having a co-ed baby shower in Los Angeles this weekend. Sources say Fergie, 38, who’s expecting a boy with husbandJosh Duhamel, has invited Kelly Osbourne,Julianne Hough, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Ryan Murphy, Adam Shankman, andJesse Tyler Ferguson, among others. The bash is being thrown by DSquared’s Dean and Dan Catenand her agent, Sean Patterson. We hear Marc Jacobs and Joe Zee have confirmed.

Fab flips Wiig

Kristen Wiig and Strokes drummer Fabrizio Morettihave split after 18 months together. They began dating in December 2011, when Page Six spotted them “all over each other” at a Black Keys party. But Us Weekly reported last week that the couple we’d dubbed “Wiigetti” has called it quits, although things are “very amicable.” Wiig, who left “SNL” in 2011, said last summer in Marie Claire, while dating the rocker, “I’m happier than I’ve ever been, and I feel very lucky right now.” She’s currently in the indie film “Girl Most Likely.”
