Question for you Jenny! I LOVED you on Whatever Martha, can’t afford Sirus right now (lame!) but came back to your blog to catch up on you and what you’re up to. I caught up on some blogging and especially loved the very heartfelt honesty you gave about grieving these past few years *big hug*).
What is one best piece of advice you would give to someone on how to get through a depressing/life-changing event in their life?
Also, what is your favorite healthy snack?

Side Note: I highly recommend Nature’s Path Toaster Pasteries to replace your typical Pop-Tarts I keep hearing about here and there. They’re still obviously bad for you but the ingredient list is MUCH less frightening and awful for you! (available at your Local Whole Foods, I hope 😉 ) YAY! We can be a little naughty and be kinda nice, right?
