hi everyone!
keithy and i went to a party last night…ate too much too late (didnt go over my weight watchers weekly points allowance but feel so bloated this morning) and we didn’t go to sleep till almost 2am. (my kids stayed with my parents).
of course i can’t sleep late so ive been up since 7:30 and i am exhausted.
how do all of you party animals keep up that pace of late nights and early mornings? i had a great time but now im a mess…is it worth it when i feel this crappy the next morning?
and don’t worry- there will be no rest for me today. keithy’s sister had a baby yesterday so we will be going to the city to see the new baby.
i will try to go to bed early tonight.
hope your sunday is relaxing!

I will bet you did not enjoy yourself at the party. You were probably stressing all night long about the food, drink and late hour. THAT is why you don’t feel well today. Live it up Jen, life is too short…Have a drink will you????
hint says
No, it usually happens b/c a person just isn’t used to staying up late. When you are raising a family and working your priorities are different. Lack of sleep alone makes you feel awful.

congrats on not overeating – that is so hard to do when you are out. not going to bed at your regular time is hard on your system. think how bad you’d feel if you had ate too much! anyway, hopefully seeing the new baby will make you feel better – i just love new babies! as to your question ‘is it worth it?’ i’m not a party person so of course i would say ‘no’

as you get more “famous” and more people know about and are listening to your radio show, i wonder if people/friends are afraid to speak to you on the chance it will end up on your show. do you notice any of that going on?

I agree with you Jennifer. I just can’t hang like I used to! If I stay up late like that (without even drinking) I feel hung-over the next day. It’s not worth it. Drink lots of water today and try to nap in the car on the way to NYC. Love you guys!

Jennifer, I’m sorry to let you know, but it’s called AGE and out of the habit of partying. I am 33 years old and I use to be able to party until the wee hours and up by 6:00am to go to class the next morning and go party again that night, and the older I got the harder it is to stay out late.
P.S. Love You haha

Ha! And you don’t even drink!

Wait until those kids are driving…. you want to talk about sleepless nights?! They were with your parents. You should have slept like a baby.
Keithy….Paulie….what’s up with those names?????

my little snot pickers are 20 months old. the boy still gets up, if i’m lucky, only 4 times per night. i go to bed late because the girl refuses to go to bed on time (50% of the time), then i have to clean until 1am because i work (and then can’t fall asleep until 3 – go figure). to make life more interesting, the boy wakes up, if i’m lucky, at 6:15am. i average about 4 hours sleep per night (not in bulk time, an hour here and there). how do we all do it – we have to, it’s called life and having a family. and on my death bed i can honestly say, ahh, what a wonderful, sleepless life i had. i’ve enjoyed every minute and now i am exhausted, but that’s ok because now i have all the time i need to sleep. i wouldn’t have it any other way. oh, and yes, i constantly feel like crap and look like shit but i have my babies and i’m HAPPY. you are way too funny and honest, ms. hutt.

hopefully someone wasn’t drinking to drown guilty feelings over how a certain situation was handled?

Because of my job, Monday through Friday, I get up at 2:30am and typically don’t get to sleep until 8:30 or 9:00pm. On the weekends, I’m typically “up” until 2:30am, so it’s completely upside down!! Since you don’t drink Jennifer, you should be able to plow through an occasional late night and bounce right back no problem.I’m in my mid-40’s…come on, you can do it!

Being a devoted fan, I enjoy listening to your interactions with Paulie. As a lesbian, the butch/femme dynamic between Alexis and Paulie is a real turn-on. Paulie’s eager, ingratiating comments and her attention seeking statements tell me she is one passive girl! I picture Paulie in the studio, on
all fours, wearing pink lace panties and a dog collar. “Yes, Mistress Alexis, Scharffen Berger is the preferred chocolate for baking.” “WRONG!” snaps Alexis, as she grinds the heal of her Jimmy Cho stilletto headed boot in Paulie’s face, “Valhrona is far superior for soufle.” “ooooh” moans Paulie, her panties getting wet. “I disagree,” barks Madame Jeniffer, ” Nestle Quick in the squeeze top bottle is the best, especially on POPTARTS and TWINKIES” “mmmmmm” coos Paulie as she crawls over to Jeniffer, “you’re so right.” “Chew on my clog, she commands, and Paulie obeys, choking on a piece of cork heal. Ahhhhh…nothing like listening to strong women work over a submissive bitch…xo Marge

Why does it seem like you guys enjoy drawing people in, making them think they are semi important or special – getting them to speak their minds about things and then you shun them? It seems to be a trend, and I was wondering if you realized that you seem to do that a lot?
John from Adams says
Marge! Oh, my!

Even party animals crash at some point Jen. I think they keep going on a constant caffeine/alcohol buzz but it catches up to them too.
Riley says
Meowwwwwwwwww, Marge. Wonder if we could catch that on tape?
Mary from Maryland says
It’s been two days and I’ve only slept 4 hours… Shoot. Me. Now.

And that is why you should use nothing but Spanish Olive Oil.
