i said on the air yesterday (the 19th..day i am writing about) that i was running at 60%… oy. i was! let’s see if i can even remember what i ate…
i didn’t overeat. but i certainly wasnt “perfect”.breakfast:
coffee, soy milk, added extra tsp of instant coffee to turbo charge my coffee!!! tsp sugar.
watermelon
lunch:
cottage cheese (lowfat) with apple butter and raisins
snack:
chocolate covered almonds
dinner:
3 slices pizza crust (just the ends) had a little sauce on them and one had some cheese.
piece of chocolate for dessert (one rectangle from hershey aero bar yummm)
exercised 1hr on the treadmill (see video haha)
dont feel like calculating calories right now.

Hi Jenny,
I occasionally check out your blog (and I used to check out the old Whatever blog, too). I admire your openness and candor. Especially when it comes to your struggle with body image and weight loss. Is there a particular place on your site that you detail how much weight you’ve lost and what you’ve done to get there? B/c I’m now an avid reader, I realize that you exercise and watch calories. However, was there a specific “plan” or book that got your started in the right direction? Any books/websites that helped you along the way? Still on my journey and love hearing what has worked for other women.

crap! there is a blog where i talk numbers.. go to the search box and put in weight loss and a lot come up. and ill talk on the treadmill about it some more lol. keep going!!!! thanks for hanging on my site. xo.
