tired doesn’t adequately explain how i am feeling tonight. DRAINED. beyond. ok! here we go again.
breakfast:
coffee with soy milk 2 tsp sugar
lunch:
20 oreida golden crinkle french fries
salad with chicken, raisins, chickpeas, carrots, some ginger dressing
snack:
lollipop
snack:
piece of cheddar cheese
dinner:
half a small ralph’s ices
took 1.5 exercise classes- kickboxing and dance.
i am spent.

Do you take suuplements along with this seemingly tiny amount of food? I agree with Susan…need to get something like this going!

i take fish oil for my heart and biotin for my hair.
