Your calorie count was still so lows don’t feel bad. I’m day 23 right now and I am out of control with frozen yogurt and probably ruined the good work I did last week:(
Jenny says
U didn’t ruin a thing!! Don’t worry. Xo

Day after day after day your diet is dreadful. Miniscule amounts of vegetables and the majority of calories from sugar carbs and processed junk food! You seem to think that you are untouchable, and that calories are all that matter…dont start crying when you are diagnosed with multiple illnesses and you kids end up without a mother – all because you couldnt learn how to eat properly and insisted on shoveling crap down your throat every day! You’re going to get sick and die early if you keep this up – its inevitable.
Jenny says
Thanks for the tip!

What happened to “don’t judge”???

i have to believe there had to be a nicer way to get your point across – so mean.

I think the tone of the above comment was rude and out of line but your diet is concerning. You are eating so few calories each day (even with the junk food) ARe any of your friends or family members worried about your low calorie diet?
Jenny says
No one is worried. My internist knows how I eat. I cannot eat a lot of calories. Frankly no one who loses a lot of weight can ultimately eat many calories and expect to maintain the weightloss. That said, my choices can be dramatically improved. Am 4-5 days pms soooo I’m a little (a lot!) out of sorts.
Jackie says
Love you Jen and I support you 100%

Are you kidding me with the judgemental comment above!?!
If you have not struggled with weight issues in your life you do not NOT how difficult it is. What a douche lord Jen….IGNORE!
As if we do not have enough to worry about!; )

Joss— You are a damn a-hole and get an F in manners on Jenny’s site. RUDE. At least wrap that nadtiness in a bow. Good grief! However… Joss has some valid points about too much processed junk and potential for illness and disease. Its just not helping your body in the long run. Personally the thought of that happening to you Jenny makes me so sad! The world needs people like you and we can’t afford to loose any 🙂 I know your schedule is super hectic, but maybe consider things like brown rice with vegetables-a great lunch that can be made in big batches, a slice of whole wheat bread or an apple with a touch of nut butter as a snack…a handful of blueberries in a high fiber cereal with soy milk for breakfast…it’s not fun at first to eat like a nutritious hippy chick, but in time, better eating gets easier and easier, and then you become addicted to it, and a little cheating is still ok- because let’s face it: if you don’t give in a little to the cravings sometimes, they come back to haunt you! Anyway, all this lollipop-pretzel talk is making me sad 🙁 Bethenny Frankel and Alicia Silverstone’s books particularly helped me find a good balance in my eating, and helped me get towards my goal of where want to be with my relationship with food. Read them!
Let’s look ahead towards a positive food future, without the a-hole talk! Mm-k? 😉
Jenny says
i know bethenny for a million years!! we have a long history. i like alicia silverstone’s thinking too. since the pretzel day my food has been more healthy!! thanks for looking out for me. i am ok! xo.
