ok. so this month i will prob get my period day 31…which is fine. i am typically 29-32 days. but oy do i feel gross and out of whack. not fun! today’s food:
breakfast:
coffee with soy milk, 2 tsp sugar
handful fiber cereal
150
lunch:
2 lowfat cheesesticks 140
2 lollipops 140
dinner:
lilly’s eggplant parm 500 prob
1 lollipop and a little extra candy
total id guess 1150 cal
no time for exercise today…first time ive taken off in a long time.

I just stumbled onto your show and blog, and love both.
I lost 50 pounds about two years ago (weight watchers), and it’s been creeping back on (20 pounds so far) over the past year.
I’ve gone right back to eating whatever the heck I want, which I know I cannot do.
I know I need to get back on the wagon, but it’s so hard to get motivated (as if pants not buttoning isn’t a big enough motivation!).
What was your motivation to finally change your lifestyle once and for all?

hi! first of all, i think what will help you off the bat is daily weighing. works for me. i have a 2lbs range and that is it! if i creep outside it for a day i am so wigged out i go right back in. and i can count on my hands in past 11 months how many times that’s happened. if i eat a big dinner i will take one day off from weighing bc that’s just mental sabotage. but other than that it is everyday. 20lbs is annoying but 30lbs more will be worse. so just start with your next meal and dont give yourself time limits. that’s what i would do. start with the next bite of food. make it a better choice! good luck. you can do it. i know it. xo

Girl, how you trying to lose weight when you be consuming straight cheese and lollipops for lunch? Those are like the two worst foods to eat when dieting. (Also kudos because that’s a pretty sweet band name.)
