i have to stop eating in my car. we all do it out of what we think is necessity- no time to eat anywhere… but i suppose i could work to structure my day a little bit better. also, because the kids are not yet in school, my whole schedule is off…not as much time to exercise and feeling all over the place.
breakfast:
coffee with soymilk
some blueberries and watermelon
fresh turkey and lettuce and mayo

lunch:
pretzels and chocolate
800 (im guessing but chocolate adds up and with pretzels..yeesh)
dinner:
protein shake 110
1110 cal
only had 40 minutes to exercise on treadmill yesterday. so i did. today i will do more! and a video.

Whole Foods has their 365 brand Whey Protien Powder at 80 calories/16g protien and a Soy Protien Powder for 110 calories/24g protien. Another option 🙂

Oh! Sorry, forgot to mention… The down side is that this is I think it’s only available in powder form, but for around $13/14 for 32 servings, it’s not bad!
