didn’t even realize it is a new month. so nice. a clean start. mentally at least right?! holiday weekend upon us. will hopefully be able to keep my food in check.
breakfast:
coffee and soymilk, 2 tsp sugar, some blueberries (100)
lunch:
bread flat (100 cal high fiber kind) with chicken burger (200) w/mayo and ketchup (100)
3 bite size chocolate candies (150)
dinner:
salad with mushrooms and parmesan cheese with dressing on the side – (prob 300 calories max)
dessert:
damn you “baked by melissa” bite size cupcakes. i ate 4. (probably 280 cal)
total 1230 cal
exercise: 75 minutes on treadmill.
