dirty chai soy latte- actually filthy! lunch:
chicken breast burger with vegetables, guacamole, tsp mayo, hot sauce on 100 cal bread round
snack:
some pumpkin candy corns
dinner:
10 grapes
skinny cow cone
exercise 1 hour weights
i dont want to hear that i didnt eat enough. the burger lunch was probably 500 calories with the guacamole and mayo. the latte prob 200. the skinny cow 150. the candy corns 200.

We grill chicken burgers. They are great w/frozen spinach mixed in. Love the guac! Good for da belly!

Hey now! You made great choices with that burger I think, keeping it in line and not becoming a naughty burger! Lol. I have a hard time saying no to cheese, but hot sauce is a great idea for flavor without added calories or fat.
And! at least the guac fat isn’t clogging your arteries, so that’s good to! And if you were full from the chai and burger for a lot of the day, then that’s great, too. Keep making good choices 🙂
P.S. I LOVE candy corn! And no one else I know does, so I was excited to read this. It’s one if my few bad-girl-eating vices :X along with Oreos! Aghk!

That is really not enough food. Even with your generous estimate on calories, that’s 1050. The candy corns are empty simple sugar calories and provide no nutrition your body needs. 1200 should be the absolute mininum number of calories any person eats in one day, and with exercise you need at least 1300. Your body requires 1200 calories a day just to function properly. Today on the radio, you said you ate guacamole, chips, candy corn, and cottage cheese. For.the.whole.day. That sounds like a eating disorder.

People are judgemental because you don’t know what the eff you are doing – you know nothing about proper nutrition and yet you refuse to change your dumbass ways. Do the research, cancer loves sugar in the diet as much as it loves body fat. Moron.

If you plan on taking your weight loss story on tour, its only a matter of time before an investigative reporter who isnt a complete loser will actually read your blog posts…then your assininity will be revealed.
You are in a position to influence others – if you want to act like a mental case eating candy and crying all day in between jumping on the scale every two hours, then get some therapy, but dont keep a food diary for others to follow suit in your disastrous eating habits in order to lose weight.
A calorie isnt just a calorie, brainiac! God DAMN are you SO dumb!!!!

I first must say how much I enjoy your refreshingly honest style of speaking. I think you look great and applaud you for your hard work.I have two questions and if I’m crossing the line, please you don’t have to answer, I know you’re busy.
Did you find your hair thinned when you went lower in calories because I really found mine get thinner, I kept my calories around 1000 to 12000.
The other question is where do you get your fiber, enough said on that!

lol. i work to get more fiber… i need it! my hair DID thin…but 5 or 6 months ago i started taking biotin (5000iu) and ive been taking fish oil for a long time. and now my hair is much better! ask anything you want!!

you have great hair, thats why I asked and I’m having such a time finding low cal fiber, I NEED it too, lol.I think Fiber one cereal is the answer, I love avacodos but soooo many calories, Thanks so much, I’ll try that for my hair, The biotin and fish oil,( don’t think the fiber will help my hair!)
