Breakfast:
Coffee with low fat half and half and a little sugar
8 slices butterball thin and crispy turkey bacon
1.5 cups honey dew melon
Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
Lettuce
Carrots
Celery
Boars head buffalo chicken
2 tsp light italian dressing
Snack:
Eas shake (100 cal 17gm prot)
Dinner:
Banana
Handful blueberries
2oz chicken breast

I have been doing this diet for three weeks already. Day 8 was the toughest day. Although I bought a Vitamix blender and I now make better smoothies than any place. After day 8 pasted my mind felt clearer as well as my body in general. This is the best life style change I have ever made. In the three weeks I have lost 25 pounds but more than the weight I have a new sense of what my body truly needs. Please work through the bad days it’s worth it, I am hoping this is my last go at losing a large amount of weight, I have about another 40 more pounds to lose.
