Wasnt the BEST food day…
Breakfast:
Coffee, lowfat half and half, sugar
Mixed fruit
Turkey bacon
Lunch:
Half an organic avenue chocolate avocado mousse
Half a morning sunshine cookie
Dinner:
Lettuce
grilled chicken
chopped carrots
some fresh peas
tbs dried cranberries
Light italian dressing (tbs)
a couple of slices baked sweet potato
Dessert (this is where I fell apart)
4 dates
4 pieces dried apple
Half a cup of italian ices- cake flavor
