day after endo/colo i dont feel fabulous! i am bloated. VERY bloated. scale is still holding steadily a touch higher than i’d like…but i’m on it. did manage to get on the treadmill for 45 minutes which made me happy.
i am otherwise moody.
breakfast: black coffee and lowfat scone from a local bake shop..
lunch: tried to eat chicken and spinach and sweet potato (late lunch at 2pm) but it killed my belly so i stopped.
half a full fat muffin and a low fat scone instead.
dinner: low fat scone. 2 rolos. wouldve loved some gummy cinnamon bears (jelly belly brand) but thankfully none in the house.
YES I ATE LOTS OF SCONES – seemed all my belly could tolerate.

Just read your food diary from May 8, 2012. I’m pretty sure you have already changed your eating lifestyle….but you HAVE to eat more than that. By eating a late lunch you are putting your body into starvation mode….therefore it will hold all of the fat. Try to eat 5 times a day. The Chris Powell “Choose to Lose” book is a great resource. Pick up the book and try it. I love love love it.

I’ve got to start posting these again… My food still varies -some days too much other days too little!! Will check into that book.
