breakfast: this morning… i dont know what got into me. but i had a (small) raisin roll with tbs butter and 2 bites challah. total probably 400 calories plus my usual 50 cal coffee.snack: 3 starbursts (60 cal) and iced coffee (50cal w/soymilk!)
snack: 1.5 cups watermelon (80)
lunch: tofu salad from pain quotidien (160 cal) mixed with extra lettuce (15cal) and some chopped carrots 20 cal, 1 tbs sliced almonds (40 cal) chickpeas (50) and ginger dressing (100 cal) half piece of bread (40)
bite of a cookie (50cal)
dinner: protein shake (110)
exercise 40 minutes treadmill (kept heart rate HIGH!) 50 minutes weight lifting.
1225 today….HIGH!
tomorrow will be better. how was your day!?

I think 1225 is a great day plus a good workout. I find it SO hard to get below 1500 and I’m basically vegan. Are you starving have just.a 110 shake for dinner?

Well I’ve done well on the eating and got a 30 walk on treadmill in! I was struggling at the end and watched your treadmill videos and they got me through! Thank you and keep them coming! I ate – coffee Greek yogurt for breakfast, baby spinach salad for lunch light vinaigrette, banana for snack and a meatball with a cup of wheat pasta for dinner and some Chrystal Light iced tea. Today was a good day for me.

I just started the Clean program by Alejandro Junger. Today was Day 1. Shake for breakfast, lunch under their guidelines and then shake for dinner. So far so good. Hoping to drop some lb’s and feel healthier. You, BTW, look fantastic!!

Breakfast :jay robb protein shake, 1/2c strawberries,1/2c pineapple
Lunch: 5oz water packed tuna, 1/2avocado,4 saltines
Dinner: 4oz pork chop, 1c diced tomatoes with garlic and 1tsp olive oil, small sweet potato with 1 tbsp low fat goat cheese
40 min tracy anderson mat work, 40 min tracy anderson dance cardio

You have come SO FAR and are doing SO GREAT in your progress and success. You have become an inspiration for many!
I know you are extremely sensitive, but I do have some comments that I only mean to be beneficial LOOKING FORWARD and not meant to beat yourself up about.
I suggest that you either immediately seek the advice of a nutritionist for some guidance toward a healthful diet. A calorie is not just a calorie and you should not be rationing “Starbursts” into your plan – – FIND a better replacement, like Spry gum, until you wean your mouth off constant processing.
According to the Starburst website, they contain
CORN SYRUP, SUGAR, APPLE JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE, GELATIN, FOOD STARCH-MODIFIED, CITRIC ACID, LESS THAN 1.5% – PECTIN, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, COLORING (RED 40, YELLOW 5). GLUTEN-FREE
Please keep in mind that “gelatin” refers to the bones and hooves of any kind of animal, factory farmed, hormone injected, etc. And by now we all know that colors of the rainbow come at a cancerous price.
Considering your medical history, I am rather surprised that you still enter McDonalds, much less “try” their food. To be honest, its bad news for your future.
Another thing is the dependence on outside purveyors – simply bring your own lunch to work – save your time calculating! Although kudos on choosing the Pain Quotien menu because they serve organic! free from hormones and pesticides!
Still, you are not eating enough bulk, not nearly the amount of fiber and still entirely too high on the glycemic scale.
As a point of reference, watermelon is nothing but water and sugar. You would get far more phytochemicals and fiber by choosing fresh or frozen raspberries instead.
White flour products such as raisin rolls simply should not be in your diet.
You should switch to whole wheat pasta and bread and brown rice.
Say goodbye to white foods.
Really – this is information is available to you anywhere – so perhaps if your maintenance plan had more structure and less leniency you would be less anxiety-ridden??

Of course there needs to be a caloric deficit, but most people are surprised at how many calories they exert within an entire day after taking the time to log them in, along with the foods they ate.
Its all about balance, but if you are still eating candy then you havent yet crossed over and really made a transistion in your life.

Jenny- I ordered metamorphisis abs but have not received it yet (comes tomm I think) but am doing work from her book the 30 day method. It comes with a DVD. There is also a bunch of videos you can load to your iPad and workout to from there. Since you have access, you should try a studio class before work one day when your in the city and see if you like it 🙂
