today was a little better. still not perfect. but really. i am never perfect.
regarding anyone who thinks i think i “know” what i am doing… really?! i am just trying to figure it all out.
food is never going to be easy for me… as ive written before in past blogs… here… clearly i know that i dont have it all figured out.
today’s intake:
breakfast coffee and skim milk: 30 calories
lunch: salad with lettuce, chickpeas, raisins, chicken, and ginger dressing and some watermelon: 550
dinner: a few shrimps (cocktail shrimp) dipped in mustardy sauce and too much dessert (went to movies so had cake dessert and some m&ms) 620
total 1200-1250 (i calculate using fatsecret.com)
exercise: 1 good hour on the treadmill

Breakfast – blueberries, oatmeal with almonds ate this at noon berries earlier
Lunch – Starbucks iced latte
Dinner BIG salad with tomatoes, red peppers, beets, goat cheese, black beans, avacodo, dressing, fresh lemon and l tsp of oilve oil, onion powder and s&p. delish
Oh and some green peas
Then hot blueberry tea (love blueberries lol and a sugar free klondike

Myfitnesspal app is great! They have tons of foods listed. I was trying loseit app, but find this one much better. I have logged in and tracked for 15 days. 4 lbs down, too many left to admit yet 🙂

You did good and at least the work out is consistent. I did ok my coffee yogurt, tunafish on whole grain for lunch but had pizza and a frozen yogurt for dinner not good, but no work out. Tomorrow the goal is to get back on my treadmill I need to make the workout a part of my daily routine. Thanks for sharing with us and I love your new website!

I said dont be a know it all in response to your treadmill video July 22 where you say “I ate cake for dinner, I know I know I know” then “I know its important” and “I know healthy matters”. YOU are the one who keeps saying that “YOU KNOW” and then eating garbage, so you are sending mixed messages and not listening to the words coming out of your own mouth. According to you, YOU KNOW what you should be doing, so why dont you be true to yourself and start doing the right thing? There is no “try”, either do it or dont, have some resolve.

i guess the double talk is my inability still to always make the better choice for myself… so i know what i should be doing YET it is often difficult for me to do it. that’s all… many days i do eat healthy. just been having a tougher time as of late. and so i work out a bunch. count what i eat. so at least there isn’t weight gain. and i will make sure to keep being aware of the choices i make. i am incredibly flawed. i know.
