sunday seems to be a food day… at least this weekend it was! but mostly good choices. and ofcourse i did exercise.
getting ready for tomorrow. i find myself a bit melancholy most sunday nights. you?
breakfast:
kashi honey sunshine cereal mixed with barbara’s shredded oat squares…dry. coffee with soy milk, 350 calories
lunch:
greek salad with a little feta, grilled chicken and chickpeas. dressing on the side (creamy!) 420
snacks: candy, watermelon, 2 sips iced coffee, bite of a cookie 320
dinner:
not a lot of grilled vegetables, maybe 1 oz of chicken breast, 1 tsp duck sauce 200 cal
total 1290!!!
exercise: zumba
