i had a great day. no no…not my food haha…i ate a lot of calories for me today! but the day was just fun. got to hang with so many people i like at work. met new people. laughed. and just had a good time. was refreshing to have such a day. im happily tired now. oh and pms. it is going to be an interesting next 5 days or so (i have long pms!)
breakfast:
protein shake and a scone (wasnt at same time) total calories: 500
lunch:
chipotle guacamole, pretzel nuggets, tofu, salad, little dressing, sip of soy latte, 2 ghiradelli chocolate squares: total calories: 620
dinner:
chicken breast burger, griled veggies, a little ducksauce, watermelon total calories: 350
total 1470!!! NOT STARVING!!!
exercise: 1 hour treadmill, 50 minutes weight training.

Great job Jennifer! While you may have gone over your personal goal of 1000, this looks like it’s so much healthier…and if you were to put it in the Weight Watchers points calculator, you probably didn’t do as bad as you think.

I agree good job on the food planning/eating today. How many lbs. have you lost in total – because you look fantastic. Plus with your workout doesn’t that negate some of the calories you ate?
