LONG LONG DAY! busy. glad it is done. tired and off to sleep…tomorrow i’ll make a treadmill video. today was a 2hour class with tracy anderson. and omg… she’s amazing. i totally drank the koolaid!!!! now ill get metamorphosis dvd like my niece has been
telling me to.

snack:
iced soy latte: 140 cal
lunch:
salad with chicken, chickpeas, raisins, and ginger dressing (i repeat this a lot because i like it but vary amounts of ingredients so calories arent always exactly the same!) 400
dinner:
1.5 california rolls 300 cal
salad with dressing on the side: 50 cal
snack/dessert:
a big cookie 350
total calories 1240
exercise: almost 2 hours of tracy anderson HELL. and i loved it.

i drink water all day. i dont count how much but it is typically what i drink… and coffee in early part of day.

How is this enough calories/nutrients to get you thru the day? Have you visited a nutritionist? It seems like if you ate more food that contained a good mix of lean protein/veggies/dairy/high fiber fruit that your metabolism would work better/harder.
Looking at your food diaries, I can’t help but wonder if you are not getting enough nutrient dense food in your diet. It seems like you could eat a lot more food without increasing your calorie intake. Aren’t you starving???

im ok! because of weight loss i really cant eat too many calories or ill gain. metabolism does slow down when there’s a significant loss. trust me. i am ok!
