ahhh in my happy place again…no! not my closet…MY BED!
here is today’s food and exercise:
breakfast:
coffee with a lot of soy milk 90 cal
lunch:
fage 0% yogurt with 3 pretzel rods and tbs honey and a lollypop 390 cal
dinner:
steamed chinese chicken and some steamed rice noodle and a little sauce on the side and some watermelon 400 calories
dessert:
chocolate and 300 calories
total calories 1180
exercise 40 minutes on the treadmill mixed walking and running.
