oh yes. it is friday. ahhhh… soooo happy!!! here’s the food for today:
breakfast/lunch:
coffee with soy milk 80 cal
2 cheese sticks 140 cal
i had some of that blueberry crisp prob 450 cal for what i had…
dinner:
scone from bakery near my house: 400
a little salad with dressing on the side: 100
watermelon: 60
1250 calories
1 hour of weights.
pms and super tired. yuck.

update! written 7.30.11
in the interest of complete candor – i woke up middle of the night and ate some watermelon and cookies… i added like 400 unnecessary calories!! and today i feel like CRAP. definitely hormonal. and definitely happy i am going to a spa for 2 days tomorrow. haha.
off to workout shortly.
