today was a healthy day. maybe more calories than i’d like to eat but all around ok. too much dessert at dinner. sometimes being social involves food. i need to deal with that!
breakfast:
coffee and soy milk 50
lunch:
lettuce, raisins, chickpeas, chicken breast, carrots NO DRESSING 400 calories prob
snack:
gummy stars (dont know exact calories ill say 200)
dinner:
salads and quinoa and 4 meringue cookies and a bite of cupcake: probably 600
total 1250
20 minutes weights
a few minutes tracy anderson cardio (have to just do a dvd already!)
3 miles walking outside
