breakfast:
coffee and soy milk
lunch:
mostly lettuce, some tofu, a little chicken, dressing on the side, one piece of cucumber roll
snack:
too many meringue cookies, 3 hershey dots
dinner:
chicken burger (breast), lettuce, chickpeas, ginger dressing, some of my daughter’s spaghetti with tomato sauce. 3 bites watermelon
exercise:
1 hour on the treadmill.
relaxing. not computing calories but around the same as usual.

i havent posted my food in a couple of days!!! kids just got home and i am all over the place. i am not a drinker. never have been… but most people drink some wine. thanks for being a fan!!!! ill be posting food again tomorrow.
